Was coming here for roughly two years and after seeing an inappropriate action caused by a customer, I felt the need and urge to finally leave my first review.

The food was exceptionally well prepared, the environment was family-friendly with TV’s on both walls to keep yourself entertained. I was here on Saturday, March 2nd 2024. I had ordered myself a Pad Thai and it was made to my liking and exceptional.

The fellow person’s review I am bashing is due to the negligence and lies he is spreading. Although he may have found hair, whether it was the employee’s or even his, the way he over exaggerated his “devious” acts was not acceptable. There were other customers in line who were disgusted by his behaviour, as to how he has demanded “FREE FOOD” for the rest of his life at this location. Another poor female employee was trying her best to resolve this situation without escalating any further means by offering him a refund and replacing his food, yet regardless all of that, he even went as far as threatening to have the entire restaurant searched for “unprofessional courtesy.”

Another thing was, he made disgusting gestures to provoke the employees by “gagging” indicating he threw up after finding a hair that didn’t even match a single employee’s hairstyle.

Some ignorance of people these days.

That aside, I highly suggest coming to this Thai Express as I have mentioned, they take great care of their customers and provide excellent service. I have no idea what this guy was ranting about, but if you want DELICIOUS Thai Express, this location beats...

very disappointed with this location. As an avid Thai Express lover, who makes an effort to go to when when I'm out, was quite disappointed with what I received at this particular location. To begin with, the menu here was very hard to read and make sense of. Although I have a good sense of what is on their menu, this location made it quite difficult for me to see what exactly I wanted this particular time. The overall appearance of this location is quite up to par, from both an outside perspective as well as an indoor perspective. It is in a very good location and the inside is quite modern. The food I received, although, was not up to par with the regulatory standards that Thai Express does hold themselves up to. I ordered a pad thai with vegetables, which ended up coming back with way more bean sprouts than noodles. It was practically stir fry with the lack of noodles, as well as the immense amount of sauce turned it into a soup. (see photo below) Overall tasteless food which is very surprising to come from a chain I love with a passion. Please do yourself a favour, and skip going to this particular location, and go elsewhere. This location will let you down and doesn't stand for the quality that the other Thai expresses hold...

I have tried almost EVERY thai express location you can think of in Ontario (in GTA and outside of GTA) as well as Quebec and I have to say, this is by far the BEST location.

The food is always amazing with enormous amount of portion, always freshly made so quickly right in front of you, sometimes it takes only ONE MINUTE?!

I have been coming here for over three years now and the consistency is unmatched.The interior is clean and open, with amazing kind staff. I probably go here at least once a week and it is a family favourite!

They also prioritize dietary restrictions so my friend who is gluten free and my fiance who is vegan can also enjoy the food as much as I do without a single worry.

If you want great food with great customer service from the sweetest staff, this is your sign to try the place out!

Side note: I used to hate tofu but they deep fry their tofu and it is like a pillow and soaks up the sauce and so juicy, it is honestly the best thing EVER. Don't hate it until...
