AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
IF YOU LIKE HAIR IN YOUR FOOD AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is the place for you.
I ordered 3 dinners for my family (1 Pork and 2 Chicken). I will not complain about the fact that the pork was horrible (so bad my dog didn't even want it) or the fact that the fries tasted like they were 5 days old and reheated multiple times. The horrible tasting food is just a bonus to the disgusting adventure I had at this location.
The pork and fries were so bad, I decided to eat the rice only. As I was eating the rice, I noticed a hair (see picture). On the verge of throwing up, I immediately stopped eating and was ready to throw away the meal. These things happen and I wasn't going to complain.
As my wife was dipping her chicken into the Tsaziki, another hair was discovered (see second picture). This was already too coincidental and we decided to complain. My family was so disgusted, there was no way we were going to continue eating, and 3 dinners were ready for the garbage.
We called the restaurant where we told the manager of our hairy discoveries and that all 3 dinners were going to the garbage. The manager was only willing to reimburse us for the pork dinner saying that the hair was only found in that dinner. I told the manager that a hair was part of the second dinner as well, my family was overly disgusted and there was no way we will be eating this food. The manager told us to come back to the restaurant for a refund saying we don't need to return the food when we come back.
I went to the actual restaurant showing the manager the same pictures posted here as proof. I again told him that after finding these hairs in 2 of the dinners, my family was grossed out and we threw away all food ordered after what we found. Again, the manager was only willing to refund the money paid for the pork dinner.
I did not have time to continue arguing with the manager however I did promise him a review so here I am fulfilling my promise.
I will never step foot in this location or order anything from this location again. I would not eat their food if I was paid. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! The food is horrible and management is even worse.
Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest review I can give. I would give a much lower...

We had 2 families with 4 adults & 2 kids celebrating the family day together last Monday evening. The restaurant seating area was very dark. We arrived at 6:40pm and my husband went to line up to order the food. We have been dinning at many good Greek restaurants and didn’t know what to expect with this location as it was self serve style. We were ok with that as long as the food was good as our kids were hungry. The receipt showed we ordered at 6:59pm & 7:10pm because 2nd family ordered via their iPad. Both families ordered the exact same items - feast for 2 $36.99 and a chicken pita $7.29. Our first order came at 7:48pm, since my daughter was starving so we let her eat first. When we opened the container of our chicken souvlaki, there were only 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of potatoes. We were very disappointed as the pictures were misleading showing huge portions on the flyer/ menu but we didn’t say anything. That was until our friends’ order was ready. Their order came at 8:11pm. It had been over an hour to get the food. As soon as they opened their containers, we found our order was missing one stick of chicken souvlaki on each dinner. My husband took a pic of the two different portions and showed the different portions. Instead of correcting the issue they asked why we didn’t bring this up before eating the first dinner. How could we know the exact portion if we didn’t see the comparison. Another staff member came with the missing food and a weak apology. At the end, it took 2.5+ hrs start to finish. Other than that it was a perfect Family Day meal.
We will never step foot in this Mr Greek location or order anything from them. The food was average, Jimmy the Greek in Hillcrest Mall’s food court has much better food with way better service, and it’s just a food court vendor. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest review I can give. I would give negative rating if I could! Better off going to...
Read moreNow I don’t usually write reviews like this and I usually don’t like throwing away food even if it’s bad because I’m a strong believer of not wasting food. However, I absolutely could not stand the state of this food. I ordered from Mr. Greek and it was hands down one of the worst meals I’ve had in recent memory. The roasted vegetable and feta pasta was completely inedible. The vegetables were soggy and mushy like they had been steamed days ago and tossed in as an afterthought. The pasta itself was flavorless, overcooked, and had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. But the feta was the real HORROR show. It had a putrid, sour stench that hit you before you even opened the container. It smelled so foul, I genuinely questioned whether it had expired. The entire dish was a sloppy, disgusting mess that looked like it had been assembled with zero care or pride. As for the chicken gyro box with rice, it wasn’t much better. The rice was hard, oily, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was slightly more edible than the pasta, but that’s not saying much. This place is an embarrassment. It’s a complete disgrace to the beautiful and rich tradition of Greek cuisine. Greek food is known for its vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and deep cultural pride, none of which were remotely present in this meal. Mr. Greek is ruining the reputation of Greek food with what can only be described as laziness in a takeout box. In fact, instead of calling this place Mr. Greek, the owner should seriously consider renaming it to Mr. BLEAK until some essential changes are made, starting with quality control, proper ingredients, and hiring someone who actually knows what Greek food is supposed to taste like. I will never be ordering from this dump again and I’d urge others to...
