Apr. 28.2025. I went to this location where i normally go so often and i was enjoying the chicken until yesterday, i spent close to $60 for garbage that i end up throwing in garbage, when i got home and try to eat the chicken with my friends and family the dark meat peaces it was bloody and so dark around the bone, every 5 of them, I've got so embarrassed in front of my friends & family, also I've got 10pcs tender combo i strictly mentioned NOT SPICY plz- but unfortunately it was very SPICY. My friend had allergic shock, so i went back today and i told them what happened, showed them pictures also brought a piece of chicken and bone where they can see it's bloody and dark bone, i asked for the money back but they refused to give me any money back, they just apologized and offered me new order, on the end i agreed, i was just hoping it will be better this time. OH MAN!! it was all same again 🤦. I just give up going back there and wasting my money, time and gas,,, I'm done with them!!! Please see my pictures attached.

Totally wrong reply on my review post, are you sure you have the right person your replying, I never said I ate the rest of it I told you I throw them in the garbage that's why I didn't bring it, also the new order we didn't check it in front of you cuz I believed you because you said you're going to cook them extra well, and i was in rush. I'll bring them back to you tomorrow again, we didn't eat it. Shame on you trying it to make it bad on me, SHAME YOU SHOULD apologize and refund my money back. Went on Wednesday March 7th at around 10 pm. 30 minutes prior to closing. I was calling from 9:45 to place an order for a chicken sandwich. Called about 5 times with no answer. When I arrived there was nobody working at the cashier and I had to yell “hello is there anybody here” in order to get the attention of employee Maryam. She responded with attitude and when I wanted to order she refused to take my order because she had already cleaned the cookers and they were turned off. I don’t understand why the store is open till 10:30 but won’t serve customers at 10 because they had already shut everything off. They should just close at 10. A family of 5 also walked in behind me and left due to the same reason.

On Tuesday March 6 I also came to this location around 10 pm and I watched an employee on their phone for minutes before they finally came to take my order. Also when she took my order she was not focused at all. She tried to charge me 10 dollars for a Tuesday special before I had to remind her it’s Tuesday and should be less. Also Giving me the cold chicken that was also waiting for them to take my order. Cookers were probally off at this point too. So much for...

It seems like it's under new management now since my last visit. It was little busy at that time. I did a mobile order and went in to pick up my order. I went little early. Staff seemed couldn't handle the pressure. It seemed like they are not allowed to make decisions on their own. For every detail they asked the manager( like if a customer asked for extra dipping sauce and stuff like that) What disappointed me was that while I was waiting to pick up my order, there were two kids dining in with family, tried to refill their beverage cup ( they have free refill), the manager told them that they were not allowed because they already refilled twice. I thought she could have said it nicer like allowed them for last time and advice them that not to do it next time. I felt as she was little rude with the kids. I spent about$75 on the order but I wanted 2 extra dipping sauces for my butterfly shrimp. One girl asked the manager if it was ok, she told the girl it was ok this time.
