Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vaughan

This is a full service Tim Hortons with doughnuts and food items, with seating located inside the Esso gas station at Dufferin and Major McKenzie. The coffee is good and the doughnuts are always fresh, at least when I have been there. This location also has a drive thru which is a bonus. So you're probably wondering why I only gave this location a 3 star rating. The entrance to get into this location is not so good. If you are going north on dufferin you would have to pass the location and make a u turn by the golf course and if you are going east on Major McKenzie you have to turn into the bank or plaza entrance, which is deceiving. If you miss the entrance you are out of luck! Also the guys working there are not very courteous or accommodating. The day I was there a guy came in and won a coffee on the roll up the rim and the workers were telling him that the contest was now over (that day) and he told them I understand you are not giving out the cups but I want to redeem my coffee coupon. He got the coffee but not without some arguing. That's unnecessary in my opinion. Edit: after visiting a couple of other Tims I have found that the contest is not even over yet as of March 8 2019, so now I really don't know what those guys were pulling with...

I went to the drive-through Tim Hortons at Major mac and Dufferin at the Esso gas station. I ordered two ice caps a wrap and I asked for a stack supreme if they can cut it in half the guy was so rude. He’s like we don’t do that here we’re not allowed to do that. It takes two seconds to do it. He had such an attitude. He was so rude for like that’s fine. Just don’t worry about it. Then when we got to the window, he was so miserable no smile just really grumpy and had an attitude. I work at the Tim Hortons at 13380 Yonge St. in Oak ridges and if someone asked us to cut a sandwich, we do it for them. If that makes them happy we do it for them. I tend to ask him is this the only Tim Hortons you work at He says he works at three Tim Hortons. I just know the Tim Hortons I work at my manager is great, we will cut your sandwich. You cut it for them cause probably they have to feed their child or share this sandwich but he was just really grumpy really rude and he probably shouldn’t be working three jobs and coming to work...

I ordered a toasted marshmallow cold brew. at 22 June form drive through here around 4:50-4:55pm there was a guy there who served me I think Carmel or hazelnut . I asked him right away that is this what I ordered very confidently he said yes this is it . Cut to I have it I was getting late for work and taste was not same at all even it was not looking same . Guys you need to train your staff even it was not busy at all there was just one car behind me still the guy was in attentive and shouted that ya I added I mean where is the professionalism . It’s really irritating I had a bad headache all the time at work. I mean guys no need to serve if you dnt have something or dnt know how to make it . The foam should be white it was looking brown .
