Worse subway store. Last week i bought the Thursday special 6" combo, based on their promo, i should get an extra 6" for no fee. I ask one the young lady crew if i'm entitle to the promo because i bought a footlong. She said yes and she told me to tell the old lady who is in charge of the casher register. When i told the old Lady if i'm entitle to the Thurday promo. She immediate said no and she said it is not Thursday and in addition she said i order the wrong Sub item which is not. I ask why she keep saying it is not Thursday, three times she said that. Her crew awknowleged and trying to correcting her but she still saying it is not a right sub. So she insist that i'm not entitle. So i let her do the billing, then she ask me if im buying any drinks. I said no. Because it not Thursday which i just repeat what she said to me. Then she began auguring and getting mad at me. Telling me i'm twisting her words. How is that possible, i just repeat what she said "It's not Thursday!". Two other customer heard what she said. Me and the customer just smile and she walk away telling her crew to deal with me. I understand if she having a bad day, but denying she made a mistake and accused me twisting her words. That's is too much. Anyway i let it go let "Karma" deal with her i beleive she will get her time. I will never go back...
Read moreBeen there few times and noticed attitude of the cashier . Her tone lacks politeness and doesn't sound like she understands the basic concept of customer service. I understand that due to COVID-19 certain restrictions have been introduced, but aren't there any friendly/respectful ways to speak about maximum occupancy and asking about proof of vaccination rather than making one feel guilty or inferior ? She acts as if you're a criminal or a burden on her. I lost it finally and didn't forget to show my reaction and give my verbal feedback before walking away.

This afternoon I went to buy a sub for a co-worker and once I realised they were making the wrong sub the lady working there continued to tell me that I gave her the wrong order. When I asked switch the sub she continued to yell at me in front of a crowd of people. Not only was that rude but it was also humiliating.
How can you argue with a paying customer? Why would I want to spend money on a sub I didn't order? I will never be returning and I'd advise anyone else to save your money. They will also try to rip you off...
