If 5 stars meant the store was above phenomenal and 1 star meant the store did not fulfill its purpose I would rate my experience at this store a 2/5. Honestly, the other time I went everything was fine, but this time I was serviced by this rude lady. I was struggling to dig out some coins from my wallet to pay for my 2 subs, when she tells me I need to pay her another 50 cents. That in itself is not the issue as I understand she needs to get to other customers (she had another employee helping her though so I don't know what the rush is, it's not like I'm going to make a run with the sub), but what came after that was inappropriate. After her reminder, I looked at the coins on the counter, did the math, and proceeded to dig for coins because I knew I could pay it in exact change. The lady said again in a not very nice tone of voice that I needed to pay more, and when she saw me still looking for coins she flat out said (I could hear her through my earbuds, that's how loud she said the following) "Jesus Christ, you people need to listen," and had a very annoyed look on her face.

I read the reviews and I realized all one star rates are for Mehri, the old lady working here . my point of view is the same. I went there to grab 3 sandwiches using 2 coupons . she told me that one person can not use 2 coupons at the same time very rudely. I mentioned to her that other branches do that , then she said no I can't do that. I asked my wife to get out of the car and come with my 2 kids to be able to use the coupons. I tried this on other branches, none of the m told me such a thing . so I decided to try it again at this location. the same thing happened , she asked me the same thing , i told her other branches give me up to 10 sandwiches with not showing me any attitude. she said " we cannot do that, we have camera here and if my manager sees me I will get fired" . I asked her to show me such a rule on the coupons, there is not such a thing mentioned on the coupons , she said "this is our store rule" , i asked her to call her manager, i want to speak to him. then she said "ok , only this time i will give you the sandwiches " the way that she talks, the way that she acts , is completely unprofessional. it's very bad for business that she is their exposure. I've seen other people in the store arguing with her too. when she is by herself and the store is a little bit busy , she gets worse. not...

Complaints goes to the old lady in the store. The lady is extremely ridicriously rude with no reason I can think of. My wife ordered 2 exact same subway online. When I went there to pick up, the old lady told me that only one order has instructions and other order doesn't. She even showed me the receipt. I got that, and called back my wife to double check the orders. Once confirmed, I told the lady "it is ok, just make the other one now please". However, she keeps complaining to me that I should make the order right and after arguing about 2-3 min, she starts to pepare the subs finally. OK IT IS NOT OVER YET. Once the sub is done, she twisted and squash the subway hard and passed to me. I was not paying attention cause I want to leave asap. Once I get back to car, I felt not right and opened the subway and found that the bread is like french stick! Hard and compressed together with the veges inside. So I immediately went back to store and ask for change. And suprisingly to me, the same old lady did the change. Please think twice when you consider this store.
