2025: We were here on 7.3.2025, our servers were Claudio and Harmon, they were awesome and an absolute Joy to chat with throughout our meal. The food, as always, was amazing. We were there celebrating our son's HS graduation and they brought him a dessert. We tried a trio of desserts that were fantastic! The brussel sprouts are still my favorite thing on the menu! Thank you again, cant wait to come back! 2023: We had dinner here on 6/13/23, for my Mother in law's birthday. Big shout out to our server Navi, he was awesome!! Everything we ordered was amazing. 4 at our table, we all got fillet mignon, all were cooked perfectly. We ordered 3 sides to share, the Caesar brussel sprouts were so good! My hubby loved the sauteed mushrooms and the fried cauliflower was fantastic, only issue I had personally was I missed that the cauliflower was tossed in a sriracha sauce (while it tasted great, spicy and I don't get along). Navi didn't question me on it, he simply had a new order made with the sauce on the side. Without the sauce it was still fantastic! For the birthday girl, a slice of the most amazing ice cream cake (Billy Miner Pie) we've ever had was given to her with a sparkler on it, she insisted on sharing it, but seriously order your own it's so good! All the staff were awesome, the restaurant was beautiful, food amazing and bathrooms clean. Highly recommend it, especially for a special occasion. I'll be honest it's pricey, but totally worth it.

I ordered takeout here today for my husband's birthday. We both love The Keg, but honestly this time.. I'm shocked that our meal was actually from The Keg. First off, my hubby was very excited to see King Crab Legs available. A few other locations we'd looked at were sold out. The description on the website doesn't tell you anything related to portion size, so I called to ask. I spoke to a very nice young lady, and she said she would check how many legs come with the side. She told me 4 or 5. Great! We ordered it. Turns out 4 or 5 means pieces. Not legs. We paid $30 for 5 pieces of King crab. Absolutely mislead. I would not have ordered had she said maybe 1 leg cut into pieces. I asked for my prime rib to be cooked Medium. It was both under and overcooked while being rubbery at the same time. I appreciate that takeout causes some of the quality and integrity of the steak to go down. But that was excessive. My sister had the vegetable gnocchi - it was dry and so overcooked it was hard to eat. It was honestly like it had sat under the heat lamps all day and then put into the takeout container. Also, bread for the table - 4 person table - is apparently one bun. I understand it's complimentary, and it was very good. But 1 for 4 people? I honestly love the Keg. And again, completely understand the integrity of food changes with takeout. But I've had a better meal that I paid less than a third of the price at a cheap restaurant.

Aug 14, 2025 at Bar Area: I was really disappointed with my recent visit to The Keg, especially since it’s nowhere near the standard I’ve experienced at other Keg locations. The service was painfully slow, and our waitress seemed more like a robot than someone who actually cared about the experience — no warmth, no friendliness, just going through the motions. I ordered the prime rib and onion soup, but the bread it came with was burnt, which already set the tone. I also decided to try a Grand Marnier with cranberry at the end, but the drink tasted off. When I mentioned it, the waitress brushed it off, saying it’s because they use “Oasis brand” juice — no apology, no offer to replace it, just a dismissive explanation. To make matters worse, I came in expecting to enjoy something from their happy hour menu (as shown on their website) since I wasn’t looking to eat a full meal, but this location doesn’t even have a happy hour. Overall, the lack of customer service, the disappointing food and drinks, and the misleading information made the whole experience underwhelming. Definitely not what I expect from The Keg, and I won’t be rushing back.

Last night's visit was atrocious. I have attached 2 photos. The first one is how the meal came. I ordered my steak medium Well. I cut into it. It was rare, the second photo is them bringing me back the same steak, burnt to a crisp. And I know it was the same steak because I cut into it a certain way.

I've been to this location numerous times since it has opened. And I have never had a problem until last night. I was actually here last week, and it was busier than it was last night So that excuse that they gave us that it was busy was ridiculous.

First, they ran out of wine glasses apparently. How that even happens I don't know. It was approximately 25 mins after we ordered the bottle of wine that the wine glasses actually showed up.

There was fifteen of us and four of us had our steaks undercooked. I was the only one who actually said something because the others did not want to wait for food. I ordered my steak medium Well it showed up rare. It took about ten minutes to get somebody's attention to come back to table . Usually at the keg from my years of experience dining at keg restaurants. The server always comes back 2-3 minutes after the food is brought to the table to make sure the steaks were cooked properly and to our Liking, our server did not do that at that point I advised the server I'm not happy with a rare steak and she grabbed another plate and took just my steak instead of taking my whole plate. She said you can eat the sides while you wait for the steak. Why on earth would I want to eat my sides without the steak? Makes no sense. The steak comes back burnt to a crisp, and it's the exact same steak that she took off my plate because I cut it in a certain way. At this point, almost everybody at my table Was done their meal. It took another 10 minutes to get a server's attention. To get someone to come over to our table and their excuse was, the kitchen is busy. I said numerous steaks at this table were undercooked and again I reiterated the point that I was here last week and it was busier than it was tonight. I understand everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes. But to send me back the exact same steak burnt to a crisp is ridiculous. All I ended up paying for was a beer. They offered me a free dessert which I declined. Why would I want to eat a dessert if I didn't have my dinner? The "manager" comes over who seemed to be bothered that she had to come over to the table with her condescending tone and her body language That pretty much said, why am I at this table. And all they kept saying, was, it was busy. Tonight's experience is enough to make me not want to return to this location. And honestly, stuff like this happens, I understand everyone is human. But to be fed bullshit, like we are children in a condescending tone...

Update: spoke with the owner and he was great and really worked hard to make it right. Updated my review to 3 stars to balance between the take out experience and the dine in experience was was 5 stars.

Tried to share this feedback through the 'got feedback' email I received with my online order but it's not working so unfortunately I'm having to post this publicly.

Ordered takeout for valentines dinner and had an extremely poor experience.

One of the salads had slimly/rotten lettuce. The other salad had lettuce that just wasn't fresh and was browning. It was clear that the romaine in the caesar wasn't washed, as you can see from the pictures.

The steaks were completely cold. I didn't expect them to be hot as we were doing takeout, but I arrived on time to pickup (actually 2 min early), and waited 15 min for someone to acknowledge me and help me. One wait staff came by a few times and kept saying someone else would come help me, but she made no attempt to even tell anyone else I was standing there at the front. When someone finally came over to help me, he implied....'oh, you're order's been ready for a while, we were waiting for you'. So I can only assume my order was sitting out waiting causing the steaks to get cold, and the dessert to be ruined (more on this)

My wife's steak was barely rare, and somewhere between blue rare and rare. We ordered medium rare. There was no way to fix this as the steak was cold and would have turned into rubber had we tried to cook it more at home. It was so chewy that she gave up on eating it.

We unpacked the bag when we got home and put the billy miner pie in the freezer while we ate dinner. I don't recall if it was packed on top of the steaks that were hot, or if this happend because they left my order sitting out, but when we opened the container, it was actually billy miner soup.

Considering they charge more for take-out (or maybe that's unique to this location), they really need to work on the quality, the service, and how they package the food. Very disappointed.

Edit: I was able to use the got feedback link late last week and contacted the Keg, but haven't...

Food was fantastic. Bacon wrapped scallops and filet mignon. The bacon was cooked well not completely white and soggy like a lot of places. The scallops were perfectly cooked. My old gripe is the presentation was very lack luster. A hot metal squer on a small plate. I left any effort for presentation would have been nice but honestly that's just me trying to think of a con. The cook and taste was on point. The filet mignon was complete perfection. The bearnaise sauce was perfect. The medium-rare cook was perfect. Garlic mashed potatoes seasoned beautifully. Absolutely at the bar you would expect from the keg. So where did they lose stars? ... Food as I mentioned, while it was be a small con for some people ANY effort in the presentation would have made it a perfect 5. I deligate 3 stars for cook, flavour and portion. 1 star for consistency and 1 for presentation. Atmosphere lost 1 star as while it is a nice place our table specifically was sticky. I delegate five stars for atmosphere based on cleanliness(2 stars) ambience, decorand theme. As for service, the staff was very friendly and prompt. At first I was impressed as we requested the kids food after the app. 7 minutes for the app and 10 mins for the kids food was very impressive. Where they lost me was it took an additional 20 minutes after that food came out to get two medium-rare filet mignons. Once they were set down the waiter came back within 30 seconds to check how it was then we did not see the server again until desert. However, after we did not want dessert they brought the check fairly quickly. Another thing that hurts me a little bit is when ordering a simple beer I was ordering one that I never heard of and the server was unable to tell me anything about it. They then went to go ask somebody and proceeded to tell me it was the same as Guinness which I love, so I ordered it. It most certainly was nothing like it. It was actually a pretty terrible tasting "stout". Again might be just a picky con but staff should definitely know at least basics of the menu. Overall though I am comfortable giving this for stars for service because the server was very polite,...
