Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Vaughan

This is my first time ever writing a review and wish I read these reviews before ordering our food with them (lesson learned!). My company graciously wanted to treat their employees to a paid lunch last week. Placed my 9 online orders (never bought food from Quesada Burritos and Tacos before) and when we received our order about half of them had missing items (refried beans, rice and a Gatorade cool blue drink). The person picking up the food from our office was reassured that everything was in the bag. She was very disappointed from the service she received at the store. When the food was picked up, the lady from the behind the counter was rude and abrupt to our staff member. She seemed bothered by her questions. I do agree with the other reviewer who mentioned "they only deserve a 0 star". I myself ordered a burrito bowl and hardly saw any rice, there might've been and no exaggeration about 1 tbsp of rice at the bottom of my bowl. If you select rice as the base there should be at least a good amount at the base. I will never be ordering from here again! It's not worth the amount you pay for your food! Even if I didn't pay for it. To top this off, when we called to inform them that items were missing they did absolutely nothing to reimburse or discount our order. The lady on the other end said come by to pick up your free drink. What free drink? When they didn't even pack the Gatorade in the first place. Totally bad customer...

I recently ordered 2 burritos on Skip the dishes, and these guys messed up my order. And this is not the first time. Also the size if the burrito is smaller than when you order by yourself at the restaurant. I think they try and save some veggies when it is an online order. Very petty.

They didn't add my guacamoles which I paid extra for. And I get insanely mad when somebody messes with my guacamoles. So it's also terrible in the sense that they didn't refund my order.

I loved to order at Quesada because they have fresh veggies and roasted veggies burrito is my favourite. I am sad because this terrible experience has made me think if I want to order from Quesada ever again.

Final piece of advice to people ordering online. Make sure you get what you order. If not don't give up and fight back. I work very hard to earn 30 dollars an hour and I'm not about to waste it on burritos without guacamoles. This world doesn't deserve...

Went here last night after craving burritos all day. Mainly went for convenience since it was close to our house. Staff were not friendly whatsoever!! I tried to chit chat with the guy making our burritos but he was very sullen and unresponsive. Then the computer/register wasn't working so we had to wait 15 minutes to pay. I made a joke about eating the burritos while we wait and the girl worker didn't think it was funny so she gave me rude looks the whole time we were there. Burrito was good, not the best and I've had burritos from Oshawa to Niagara... I know excellent burritos. I got the chile lime fish which was dry and they reheat it in microwave. Gross. All places I have been to fry the baja fish fresh when you order. WILL NOT go here again. Would rather drive back to Oshawa to eat a tasty burrito then waste my money at an overpriced, unfriendly...
