Subject: Urgent Complaint About Unacceptable Behavior at Tim Hortons (8525 Hwy 27, Vaughan, ON)
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to report one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at your Tim Hortons location at 8525 Hwy 27, Vaughan, ON, on July 26, 2025, around 6 PM. The employee, Kamaljeet Kaur Brar, was not only rude and unprofessional but also crossed personal boundaries by inappropriately asking me about my age during the interaction—for no reason whatsoever. This was intrusive, made me extremely uncomfortable, and is completely out of line for any customer service representative.
The situation became even worse when she displayed a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, stating, “My manager says nothing to me… I won’t be terminated because of you.” She then went so far as to throw a straw at my face, which is completely unacceptable and beyond unprofessional behavior.
To ensure transparency, we have recorded the entire conversation from when we went inside to speak with her about her behavior. This evidence clearly reflects her lack of respect, accountability, and complete disregard for basic customer service standards.
This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but also harmful to your brand’s reputation. I am requesting an immediate response to this matter and would like to arrange a meeting with management to discuss this situation further and ensure that appropriate disciplinary actions are taken.
Please let me know when we can meet to resolve this issue. I hope you take this complaint seriously and address this employee’s behavior...

Read moreThis Tim Hortons location is closes to me by distance, but moving forward I will not go here again. Many times I have ordered from here, what I’d order anywhere else, that is a large dark roast coffee regular.
I know how it tastes, I know how it smells, because I’ve ordered enough of it to develop the sense. This location however rarely provide the same taste and smell when I order my usual. Two possible reasons, either they knowingly don’t give what I asked for (a dark roast coffee) or there is a misstep in coffee preparation.
Today I ordered coffee for my wife and I, both coffee had so much cream it’s all you can taste. Again my coffee did not have the distinctive dark flavour. It was both awful enough we stopped by another Tim Hortons at Major Mack and 400 to order new coffees, without drinking the ones we originally purchased.
