Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vaughan

I had the worst experience here ever. Service was trash,On March 17 2023 I was lost and without a phone, I stopped at this Tim Hortons as a means of refuge. As Tim Hortons has always exemplified good Canadian values and principles. I was in for a rude awakening. I made a purchase and requested a call. The cashier(B) Told me that she had to ask her manager(J). Both begun to speak in Punjabi then reluctantly placed the work phone on the counter. I made the call but was unable to give the address, as i did not know where i was before the call was disconnected. The person I called returned the call while I stood there. Both women exchanged the phone whilst the person on the other line requested only their address. The woman disconnected the call and begun speaking to each other in Punjabi. Another customer was in the line and got irrate as the women refused to give the address and whispered whilst talking on the phone. I realized that I was being profiled and let both women know that it was not kool. Whilst I was letting the women know how I felt the cashier(B) stuck her tongue out as though she was gearing me. I asked to speak to the manager and both women took off their name tags and refused to give their names. I am of the assumption that I treated unfairly due to race or perceived class. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I am prepared to give a full statement at a time...

Worst experience ever, ordered 2 times before around 8 am and order takes so long, there is a worker Adam who doesn't care about making orders he does what he wants in what order. Today I placed a mobile order at 8:14am and waited for 25 mins and when they did not call out my name I went to go ask the lady working and she showed me her hand to not talk that she has to take other orders, that was so rude and disrespectful. Then another lady came from the back Sejal and she helped me after waiting 25 mins she told the guy working Adam to make my order, he messed up my order he gave me coffee instead of Chai tea and a medium London fog instead of a large, no apology no nothing, this is the worst location to visit. If you don't like doing your job don't do it Please be nice to customers as we are paying for the drinks we are not getting...

The service in this location outweighs everything else. The ladies behind the counter are friendly, however the products and the cleanliness of the restaurant needs major improvement. The coffee around 7pm is always diluted, you don't taste any coffee whatsoever. I've complained a few times, and although they make a new cup the coffee still tastes awful. The tables are usually dirty and haven't been cleaned. Two washrooms at this location but they designated the women's washroom to be the "Employees ONLY" washroom and everyone else gets to use the men's washroom which is always filthy. Sometimes there's no choice but to come to this location when I'm in need of something quick to eat as it's the closest Tim's and this is what I notice on a...
