If I could give less than 1 (one) star, I will definitely do that. I was at this restaurant and saw for myself how a customer was badly treated and I did experiences same in December. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for letuce as against cheese which I had done many times in the past without any complaint. When the guy clocked it in, they charged sixty cents and I asked for it to be removed while I request as I earlier did in the past. I approached the lady who was serving me (Sakshi) respectfully but what I got back was attitude and disrespect to the point of her shaking while talking back to me and walking away from the conversation. When she finished packing my order, she dropped it rudely and walked away. At that point, I got mad and complained. The lady who claimed to be the supervisor, apologized while I was telling my side of the incident. While talking to the lady, an old lady, came out, didn’t listen to me or asked me what happened but started blaming and said, “you are shouting”. I was so upset and asked for their names and number to make a complaint. This store has lots of people who had no idea of what customer services are and they appeared full of attitudes and couldn’t handle complaints. They gave a number while I attempted calling the Tim’s toll free number. The first customer service person (Chirag) who picked the phone was just playing music in the background and I had to drop the phone after over 5 minutes of shouting out hello ! Hello ! And the second person by name Tee, took my email contact but till today has never contacted me. Who is just having a normal start of the day which is like 7:30 AM in the morning I just came back from work. I literally work in the same complex where the Tim Hortons is And I just asked for a cold brew marshmallow medium cold brew. I just told that girl that I just need a little bit more topping cream on the top.
