Today was a weird fries day. The fries we were given were mostly short and looked like a lot of ends (the ones my daughter won't adore). The usual cashier we see has always been nice and professional but the one who handed me my order told me that all of their fries are like that now when I questioned them and had a peek of another fries in the warmer that looked completely normal. Honestly, this is the first time we had to experience and receive subpar fries from them. I appreciate the manager called to make things right but it could not have even reached that had the person who handed the order fixed it right away. Terrible service, disappointing food prep. My toast was only half toasted and saturated with butter which turned into soggy bread, ketchup doesn’t taste like ketchup, bacon was like crispy cardboard that has sat all morning in a warming tray, didn't have whole wheat toast available, i had other “stuff” in my scrambled eggs, perhaps remnants of previously cooked food?
