I am a door dasher and dashed at this place recently. The ladies there would not even make eye contact with me, much less inform me that my order wasn’t ready yet. Waited for 5 minutes while they tried as hard as they could to not make eye contact or acknowledge that I was there. One finally did and it turned out my order was ready the whole time and it took 2 seconds for her to give it to me. There were like 5 of them there and it seemed like they knew what I was there for and just decided they didn’t want to deal with it. Kind of rude? I know the order said that I could expect to wait 2-5 mins when I got there but they could’ve at least said “hi! Door dash? Just a couple minutes please!”. It takes a few seconds just to be polite and let me know what’s up
Also I think it’s weird that a cafe inside a hospital is on door dash. In a pandemic? I could be spreading god knows what on the sick vulnerable people eating...

My food I ordered was cold by the time my drink arrived, and it was omly a medium, though I paid for a large. They said they would make me another one, but with a 15 minute break, I wasn't going to wait another 7 minutes. This is the third time my drink has been wrong. Multiple times I have ordered food, like a grilled sandwich, and it has always been cold. The food and drinks are overpriced as well, so having a cold so'called grilled sandwich that I have paid too much for is so disappointing. Health inspector has gone in and has relayed a new hot water tank is needed (inadequate hot water can directly affect cleaning of facility). A few days after I reported it there was a sign displayed saying there may be delay in service as they were having ‘refrigeration ‘ issues. I felt extremely undervalued when reporting this to their team as I was told... ‘well I eat that salad all the time and did as well on Thursday and never got sick’.
