QV Coffee House — Restaurant in Victoria

On the three separate occasions I visited this establishment, I was highly disappointed. I received a sandwich with raw, runny eggs the first time. Couldn't finish due to risk of salmonella poisoning. The second time I got an improperly heated sandwich that was cold in the middle, and the third I got glass or something sharp like ceramic pieces in one of my sandwiches. I spat it out before swallowing, thank God.

I have thrown out everything I ate there, waste of money. Will never return .

Don't eat here even if you're desperate to eat. The drinks are okay but the food is awful and the service is dreadful. The girls that work there were insincere, rude, and slow.

Edit: In response to the owner, no I did not mistake glass for parchment paper. When I bit down it crunched and I spat out shards. The egg still was partly jelly. My mind is unchanged from your unapologetic and dismissive response. Salmonella is serious. Save your money and skip this one and go somewhere that takes food...

I love the iced latte it was so delicious and the staff were friendly. The scone was good but the frosting was a bit too much. However,‘definitely going to come back here. Good prices too. My boyfriend liked the sausage roll and the iced jasmine tea! Great price too for everything, we got 4 things and it was only $21!

Update: we go here almost every day and it’s so good and the staff are amazing! They even were able to customize something for my boyfriend as he doesn’t drink any caffeine. They are always so friendly and kind, and the pastries and drinks are delicious. Definitely...

The owners of this establishment promised they will not be asking for proof of vaccination after September 13 when the covid passport arrives in BC. Let me tell you I will bringing my whole unvaxxed family to this establishment to support this business that SUPPORTS MY FREEDOMS!!! WAY TO GO QV COFFEE HOUSE STANDING UP TO OUR FREEDUMS!!! We got ourselves some Ivermectin from a horse farm friend north of Duncan so we are good to go an it is none of your business. Please shop here...
