the staff at this location are rude and don’t know how to run their own store. I paid the first portion of my order on a gift card, and the remaining amount that i owed on my debit. The transaction was approved however, they said i still owed them money. I showed them how my transaction went through on my debit yet they still demanded me to pay the extra amount. Even though i asked why i was paying extra they clearly didn’t understand how to work the till and made me pay more! After 10 minutes and me countless my showing them how i had now made two transactions and paid beyond what i originally should’ve, they returned the remaining amount to me in change. I was yelled on by a worker working at tim hortons when I told that I was given the wrong order. She yelled at me infront of all the customers. I am a regular customer at tim hortons, and her attitude towards me hasn’t been right since day one. She has always been rude. But today she yelled me at me which is so unprofessional and unfair to me. As I pay for my food, and was just informing them that they gave me the wrong order. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service at this tim hortons in save on foods. Vanessa is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She is always angry and mean to both her coworkers and the paying customers. I feel badly for anyone working with her and attribute this location often being understaffed to her awful attitude. Can’t imagine it’s easy to find anyone willing to work alongside her for very long.
