About a couple weeks ago my spouse and I went to this location and ordered some food which included a chicken sandwich in which the chicken patty was rock hard and the meat had become discoloured to a brown colour. I tried calling the store and it instantly went to voicemail, but I wanted to talk to someone immediately, so I called the customer service line on the website. They seemed to be very helpful and took down all of my concerns stating that someone from the store would be in contact with me by the end of the week. A little over that timeframe had passed, so I wondered if they jotted down the incorrect phone number and went to the store myself with receipt in hand. The supervisor on duty was not helpful and seemed to think I was trying to scam them. He had no recollection of anything that happened. We went to Wendy’s that evening instead, and on our way I called the number again. They asked for my phone number when I mentioned this was my 2nd time calling. The person on the line eventually told me that the restaurant had been notified and that he sent notifications to the upper management team also this time. He mentioned that I should get a phone call by the end of the week, which was last week and I still have not received any phone call. I will not be returning this time, because they’ve made it a hassle for me to want to come back and claim my replacement for the unsafe food I had bitten into that night. Very poor management, do not care about guest complaints, so they’ve just lost a customer and I’m hoping others will take note of this before considering making a visit...
Read moreOk ppl so I use the drive through and only the drive through so the in-store walk in experience is a best guess situation... But my experience has been quick as one would expect for taste and temperature and the drive thru it's self was easy to navigate even in a 4x4 xlt pickup truck navigating the drive-thru was a breeze it would prompt quick-service polite friendly staff and yes there were inappropriate face coverings and gloves when they touched and handled money and or hand over the the debit machine which I declined but use cash and they accepted it a plea and provided me with change which I declined and left as the tip exiting the drive-thru was also just as easy as making two quick writes and with my case what you could also make a left but that was my Direction so I went right and by the time I got home the food was still hot it was warm enough to eat and it wasn't cold and yes I will continue to use the drive-through as long as they have it open and if you can try it too or try going inside and seeing how the staff are how they how it functions and write a review for the rest of us five stars two thumbs up and I'm hungry again though they're...
Read moreI just went through the drive thru and got a Whopper and Cherry Coke. Service was fast and efficient. I pulled into the parking lot to eat and I gotta tell you... it was the best whopper I ever ate.
The sandwich was perfectly put together. I know, it's just a burger, right? Wrong. Whoever made that sandwich might want to consider going to culinary school to become a chef.
I don't think that I have ever enjoyed a fast food burger as much as I enjoyed that doggone Whopper.
I went in and told the manager, who was working the till. I waited in line to tell her what a positive experience I had. She apologized. Um, does no one ever give positive feedback?
I told the manager that no, I wasn't complaining–just the opposite. I gave the thumbs up and reiterated that I very much enjoyed the burger and excellent service.
She still seemed a bit confused, but I didn't want to take any more of the poor woman's time, so I thanked her again and...
