Pita Pit — Restaurant in Wasaga Beach

Preorder my order, I was told by the online website itd be ready in 20 mins. I showed up about 25 to 30 minutes later and was informed it wasnt ready yet as the machine was having issues and wasnt making noise to let the person know the order was placed. She did apologize and rushed my order, still kind of annoying as I was in a rush. Also ordered pita chips, once I tried one in my car the pits chips were not cooked like I've had many times from other locations. I went in, told the worker that they weren't and she started making more as there were no more. After waiting another 5 to 10 mins, the pita chips I recieved were warmed up from the grill, not chip like at all. Just warmed up. I've never had them like this in all my experiences with any other pita pit. The lady was very apologetic to the inconveniences but still was really annoying to wait when I preordered and the pita chips were not good. I'd suggest to step up your service during covid as that's why I preordered so I didnt have to wait with others in the store, and look into how the pita chips should be cooked as they seem to be very crispy at all the other locations I've been to vs. What I got at this location. Pita pit never disappoints in quality. Unlike subway, who's produce tastes of pesticides, pita pit always tastes clean and organic. Where this location fails to meet my standards is in their salads takeout container. Back in Sudbury, they use a compostable cardboard like material rather than a plastic container that although says its recyclable, many public locations dont have vines specifically for them, nor does the actually pita pit location itself. Further, at the Sudbury location, after they have put all the salad toppings I've specified, they then without question double up what I had just ordered allowing for more evenly distribution and thus a better mixed and tasting salad which leaves you feeling Happy and satisfied.
