Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Wasaga Beach

Warning, Warning DONOT GET PIZZA DELIVERED FROM THIS LOCATIONS!!!! After waiting over an hour the pizza was totally mutilated. After a long day at the beach we though pizza and wings night would be good. Welll… After placing an order for almost $90 and promised a 35 minute delivery time. There was a communication after over 50 minutes if the street address was north or south. The North address was clearly stated on the order and anyone who has been to Wasaga Beach clearly know Mosely Street is the divide line. It makes one wonder if the communication was just a ploy to get around the one hour or free delivery. So after over an hour we received our pizza. Two of the pizza boxes were damaged and on opening half of the pizza was stuck to the lid, we had to get a knife to scrap the toppings off. So if you don’t want DELVIERY that takes OVER an HOUR and pizza STUCK TO THE TOP OF THE BOX make sure you DON’T GET PIZZA DELIVERED ...

Called in our order for work at 10:55am today. I ordered three large pizzas, Hawaiian, pepperoni and meatlovers, I asked for 13 assorted pops made up of coke, gingerale and sprite, I asked for 10 garlic dip and 10 cheese Chipotle dip all to be delivered for 12;30 as we were in meetings all day. 12;30 came and went, I called to check were our order was only to be told our order was put in for 1pm even the the order person checked 3 times we wanted 12;30 delivery. The customer service agent took 15% off our order but I would have been happy to pay full price if the order had been ontime or right. When we got our order finally at 1;10pm the driver said he was here at 1pm but did not know where to go. The pizza was the only thing the order person got right. The dips we got 10 dill instead of cheese Chipotle and we got 13 coke, 13 gingerale and 13 sprite. Totally bad experience all the way around. Not...

I am incredibly disappointed with the service today. I ordered two medium pizzas and made it clear to the agent on the phone that I wanted red peppers, ground beef, and chicken on one of the pizzas; instead we got red onions. We spent a total of $42 and can only eat one pizza. When I called the customer service reps I told them I wanted a refund or a voucher for the same amount I paid for the pizza. But I was told the best they can do is give me a $3.00 credit on my next order.

Prices for everything have skyrocketed which has made everyone more conscious about how and where they spend their money. I regret to say that I spent mine at pizza pizza just to get poor customer service and a pizza I didn’t order....
