THE WORST location in the KW area! I suggest you find somewhere else to eat. Any other Harvey's locations are better than this one. The owners and management have implemented a limit on the toppings contrary to what Harvey's has always been about. "Your burger, Your Way" does NOT apply at this location. I was told by the employee that he is only allowed to put up to 4 pickles on a burger and when I asked for more, he kept looking at the floor manager in a nervous manner yet reluctantly placed another pickle on the burger. I asked him if it was his burger or mine, so he cringed and put a couple more on the burger. I was so frustrated by the time we got to that point, I just accepted this as a completed order and left with my take away. (the order was for my pregnant daughter and her husband) I got home and opened the bag to find only 6 onion rings and a very small handful of french fries. I decided at that moment I had to email head office and ask if their policy had indeed changed and instead of getting answers, my question was forwarded to the Harvey's location I was complaining about and was told by their manager that they expect the customer to be reasonable and the lack of onion rings and fries were standard size. Needless to say we will never go back to this location and suggest you satisfy your burger cravings at a restaurant that will actually give you what you want and not argue with you about it. Read moreIt was very bad experience with me at here when i was using promotional coupon for buying a combo. I told them that i want to use scene points to pay and they said that you can not use scene points while using coupon. This is the only store in which i got this service, rest of all which i visited, they allowed me to use my scene points. Very disappointing experience and very unfriendly staff. Will not visit again.

your store manager has no sense to talk with the customer.She called me and and argued me rudely regarding to doing my complaint. I told her that this is not the way to talk with customers than shel said argued with me that are you student and what is your problem and all. She was not even listening to me. When i told her my experience than she told me that you can talk with manager instead of register complaint. So I told her that i didn't got that much time at that time to talk to your manager at that time than she replied rudely that you didn't got time to speak with manager and you got a time to register complaint.?

Read moreI just waited behind three vehicles who all ordered and didn't have to pull aside to wait for their meals and drove off. I waited 5 minuets once the line cleared to place my order of 3 sides, max 5 minuets deep fry time. After ordering took another 5 minuets just to get back to complete the order and ask for 4 dipping sauces. After paying asked to pull aside and wait for sides? When 3 vehicles just got entire meals and drove off. Okay. Waited, watched a vehicle pull in order and drive off before me. When asking employee why they got their food before me he said they were uber. I DO NOT care if its uber, I got my food at 35 minuets later, 40 minuets total. For fries, onion rings and pickels. That is absolutely ridiculous, not to mention ice cold by the time to eat. I don't normally ever complain but after a night shift off early only to waste away waiting for sides is infuritating.
