First time here. Ordered two bowls of pho and the shrimp fresh rolls. Pho Broth: 10/10, great balance. Top notch. Pho ingredients: 8/10 less meat than other places, but great quality. Shrimp Fresh rolls: 4/10 unfortunately one arrived broken as shown, and they were probably 85% noodles. Also they were small. This could easily be improved by using larger rice sheets and using more lettuce. Wasnt terrible but wasnt great value. Ive seen worse believe it or not. Overall I would eat here again, but I dont think I would go out of my way to do so. They are catering their price to students, which makes sense for their clientele, but it comes at the cost of portions. The biggest positive here was the quality of ingredients. The biggest negative was a lot of noodles, which I attribute to their target market.

Ordered the P1, S1, A1-A3. P1 House Special (XL): -Broth could be a bit more rich -For price, definitely get your portion worth -Could be a tad more meat S1 Bun Bo Hue (XL): -Broth could be more rich with flavour and spices -Base soup is okay -Meat quantity could be more A1 (Spring Rolls): -Nice & crispy -Could be a bit bigger in size -Filling mixture was good and not over the top A2 (Rice Paper Roll - Pork) -Could have more meat inside -Would recommend getting beef or shrimp instead -Peanut sauce was too much hoisin base. A3 (Pork Sausage Balls) -No complaint -Would def recommend as appetizers Overall: -Very nice place to be -Staff very friendly -Loved the cold tea -Great quality for a place in KW. Not at the level of a GTA location

Ordered takeout here for the first time for some bún bò Huế and phở đặc biệt. Absolutely delicious and worth the price. The bún bò Huế is not heavy on the lemongrass like some places and leana more towards the taste of the shrimp paste seasonings. Their beef broth is very smooth, clear, and simple looking. However, once mixed with the sate oil, it gans this lovely red colour and looks very rich. I am happy to find a place that does the soups like this and serves it with such fresh vegetables. I also got an avocado smoothie and it was very good and well blended as well. One word to sum it up. Fresh. I would order from here again for sure!

Finally some good Vietnamese food near campus, where has this place been for the past few years?! We had P1 (special pho) and B3 (vermicelli bowl with grilled pork meatballs, BBQ pork, spring roll)

Front staff was very friendly, service was prompt and courteous. The menu had many options and ordering was straight-forward (don't worry about mispronouncing because you just have to write down your order). Food was outstanding. Quite possibly the best vermicelli bowl we've ever had. The noodles were very well-cooked and didn't clump together. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, juicy, tender, and not dry at all. The noodles took on the flavour and juices of the meat very nicely. The spring roll had just the right ratio of filling to skin, crispy and decently filled. Pho broth was clearly stewed for a while - it was flavourful and rich - coat the back of your spoon kind of rich. The ingredients tasted fresh!

Given how good these two dishes were, I can only imagine how good the rest of the menu must be. Prices are also decently affordable and the portions were fair. Hope they can keep up the good quality...

I know these sorts of places have 100 dishes... but I only ever just order PHO TAI when I goto a Vietnamese place. Ive eaten Pho Tai a lot. So... as another reviewer pointed out, the broth here has a heavier cinnamon tastes that at first caught me off guard. But unlike the other reviewer, it being a new taste I have to say I didn't mind it and quite frankly had me coming back time and again. It was very good soup and easily above average compared to many other Pho places. The meat was soft and good. My only complaint is that this soup place need to provide spoons with HOOKS on the end so when im dipping my meat in the hoison and sirracha the spoon doesnt fall in. It's important and overlooked in about half of all places. Only real complaint about the place is that it seems to be vacuum sealed LOL because when ever a customer walks in the front door you hear and feel a rush of air, which in winter ices half the tables in the place...
