I can't recommend Jimmy's Feed Co. enough. The food is delicious, and the generous portions are unprecedented as far as any sandwich shop I've experienced in the KW area. Let me start off by saying that I'd initially ordered from Doordash, which left me extremely upset because they took the money for my order before almost immediately cancelling it due to the restuarant not actually being open, leaving me no chance of getting my refund in Doordash credits. The real issue was that I'd spent my last amount of money on this order because I couldn't make it to the grocery store, so I was left with no money, no way to eat, and no way to communicate with Doordash that I wanted the refund back in credits that way I could order something else. After my initial review, the owner (Jimmy) reached out to me. He was so understanding and accommodating that not only was he willing to give me my entire order free (with a free delivery) he was also willing to give me the money back in cash when he had thought that Doordash hadn't refunded us. Not only did he deliver the order himself, he arrived almost a half hour earlier than he promised, he packaged the food very securely, he included 5 cans of pop that we never even asked for. I came for a Staying Alive sandwich, ready to do the John Travolta disco dance, but they were out of hot salami and too young to get the reference, so this was my second choice (they didn't know the song by Player either. From my teenage years, I had it on a K-tel Hot Hits collection LP. Lol.) And a good choice it was. The roast beef is not all salty as found at so many other places. it was medium rare, slightly pink and juicy like it just came off a roast. The smoked meat was a nice compliment, the pickles crunchy and not too sour, tomatoes and lettuce fresh and crisp, bun was very nice. Got the special sauce (Sriracha mayo, nice kick but not too hot). First time trying Jimmy's Feed Co. The place is mostly takeout but they do have two tables. The place was clean and the woman working was very nice and helpful.

I ordered the #5 Running on Empty which is turkey, bacon, provolone with 🥬, 🍅, 🧅. I skilled their special sauce and went with mayo and honey mustard.

The turkey was stacked high and was very fresh. There was only a single slice of thinly cut bacon (you can't even see the bacon nor could you taste it, disappointing). It could have used a bit more tomato and lettuce but the amount of onion was fine. I got the whole wheat bun but found it so dense, it felt like you were eating mostly bun. The mayo and honey mustard seem to be more concentrated to the exact middle of the sandwich, so when you reach the ends there was not enough sauce. It was tasty when you had enough sauce minus any bacon flavour.

The price was decent for the size of the sandwich, but would I go back......
