First time visiting on a Tuesday for dinner. It was not very busy. Plenty of free parking in this plaza type area. Clean restaurant. Very friendly staff. Music should match the cultural aspect of the cousine for a more authentic experience, in my opinion. Ramen foods are heavy in carbs but very flavourful. The appetizers, Gyoza and Karrage, were well cooked, seasoned and very flavourful. The Spicy Charshu Ramen soup was excellent; if you want staff will give you a little more spice to increase the heat but be careful, it's potent. The Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen was also very flavourful and an excellent dish overall.
