Can I give 0 star? Please 🙏 atleast do something on your chicken taste quality. What kind of spices you guys used in chicken shawarma? That's really not tasted as chicken shawarma, instead all the taste I got salty black pepper chicken with lots of fats, tasteless really!!. Please change your recipe or spices of chicken. The only charm of this shop is its open till late night. Its not my first time here, I wanted to give them a chance after fee months or year that if they really care about customer review, but nah.. i was wrong. Second suggestion, don't shred shawarma chicken that it turned into minced chicken. Please have some respect in the name of "shawarma" otherwise people stop trusting this flavorful middle eastern fast food. I ordered chicken poutine and I regret ordering it, costing 15+taxes and don't ask...

I ordered Shawarama for me and my friends here. Let's just say that the experience was a disaster. I ordered 3 shawarma wraps, 2 no onion and 2 with hot sauce, instead, they all had onion and hot sauce. The ingredients were non fresh, very unappetizing, and not to mention the "medium" amount of hot sauce will burn your mouth off. They didn't write with a pen or pencil to say who's shawarma was who's as well. Maybe they were trying to disguise how nonfresh and stale the ingredients were by adding the hot sauce, but it didn't fool me. Almost though. All of my friends threw out their shawarma.

Do yourself and your friends a favour and go to shawarma plus in the plaza instead. Fresh ingredients, don't mess up your order, way...

Wanted to order a donaır platter for dinner, but the person at the cash register was rude and disrespectful.

I asked him to cut it fresh and serve it without grilling it.

The disrespectful and rude man told me that he couldn't serve it without grilling. So far, it's normal and natural for him to say this.

I asked why, he said we don't serve it without grilling. He said if you don't want it, you can leave.

This is very disrespectful behavior towards a customer. I have never felt so humiliated before. It is very rude for him to tell me that I have to leave.

I left quietly but if anyone wants to eat here, please take this comment into consideration and empathize..
