We had an awful experience at this location a few weeks ago. (Early Aug 2022 ) We placed a mobile order and when we approached the window we were asked to pull into a parking spot where we were seemingly forgotten. After 25 minutes we called the restaurant and the Manager came out to our car. We thought we were getting an apology but that wasn't the case. Instead, she aggressively blamed 'us' for the wait and falsely accused us of turning our food away. This was untrue as we were never offered an order to refuse! When we did finally get our food we went home to find it was cold and missing several items.
Today Aug 20th, 2022 we decided to give this location Another try.
We again were sent to wait in a parking spot after placing a mobile order. We waited 15 minutes for a BLT, a fry and an egg and sausage Mcmuffin. Similar to our first experience many cars were served while we waited.
An employee finally approached our car and verbally confirmed our order. When we went to eat our food we realized the order we got was completely wrong. We did get fries but instead of our sandwiches, we got 2 egg and bacon mcmuffins. This was a much cheaper meal than what we ordered and a complete waste of time and $ because my husband couldn't eat the egg.
I get that this is McDonald's and our expectations should be low, and within reason it is... but within reason. This specific McDonald's seems to have poor management, an inability to communicate and 0 organization or timanagementent in their kitchen.
My opinion is to avoid the headache and eat at the Tim...
Read moreAdding one star all around, the most recent visit was better. Sausage and Egg McMuffin was very tasty. McValue still is not as good as when I worked there in the 90s, and you should only eat here like once a month for health, but it can be convenient. People are still very nice. App sucks because you can order from before you get there, but they won't start making it until your phone GPS confirms you are already there. So stupid. If I pay, I want you to start making it NOW, before I get there. I've paid, trust me I'll show up.
Old review: People were nice, but the sausage patty in the McMuffin was too old, and not nearly as nicely shaped or textured as I remember from years ago. They seem to have made them thinner. In general the food is never as good as I remember from past decades.
Tried ordering from the app and was upset to learn that they would only START making the order once I was arrived (and the app uses GPS to enforce that so I can't make them start when I'm on my way. McDonald's is already expensive (even inflation adjusted) these days compared to what it should be, so I certainly don't want to wait around if I'm actually ordering and paying in advance.
Furthermore there were only 2 cars in progress at the drive through so I tried that thinking it would be even faster than parking and walking in... But then we sat there for 2-3 minutes waiting for the front truck to leave the 2nd window. If it's going to be long, aren't you supposed to send them over to the special parking spot and then bring it...
Read moreI have been to this location 3 times in the last few months. First time went inside the building for a small fries at lunch time. Waited 25 mins. Second time went to the drive thru on way to work (drive thru's are supposed to be speedy, I thought) Wrong. They messed up my order asked that I pull over to the side and wait longer still then I had already waiting. Asked for a refund, the staff was non to please. "We are short staff, don't you know", not my fault, but I need to get to work. Then debated this morning but decided to try the drive thru again. My order was a breakfast bagel meal with extra hash brown, mayo on the side and coffee. Paid for the food. Got to the pickup window and was informed the hash browns where not ready please pull to the side. No just give me the bagel and coffee. Was asked if I wanted a refund (I assumed for the hash brown's I wasn't getting), so I said yes! Then another staff member requested my coffee back (what). I said I still wanted that, she then rolled her eyes and said the hash browns was only 60 cents of the meal and gave me that. 60 cents for 2 hash browns really!!! When I got to the office to added insult to injury - no mayo in the bag. Bottom line, I will not be going back there. Not sure what the heck has happened to customer service and the don't care attitude. Will not be going back to this locations. Three times with no success is more than enough.
