Asked for 5 lines. Completely filled it up with hot sauce everywhere. Not even edible anymore. When i said put 5 lines, the girl working there today 25/01/2022 7:25pm, kept putting hot sauce on the same spot over and over again. She didnt even show any care for the food or even working there(unlike the other members who worked there previously)Didnt care about the fact that it needs 5 individuals lines around the box/on different parts, just kept on putting hot sauce on the same exact line without moving her hands. Made it inedible. Ordered the student special, comes with pop, they said the pop was in the bag, came home and found no pop. Worst experience ever in osmows, the guys working there all the other time take care of my food properly, but today was bad, possibly the worst customer service experience in the history of restaurants, Inedible food Didnt receive what i paid for Filled it with “excessively” excessive hot sauce, just wayy wayyy to much. Wouldnt make it again for making a mistake/making it inedible. Basically sold me food that i cant eat and didnt care to correct the mistake Didnt follow instructions Overcharged me (didnt get the pop, so obv this is an over charge, bc i didnt get item i paid for)
Who wants to come home in the snow storm, take a shower, sit down to eat and see inedible food and want to go back to get it right in this weather!!!! Absolutely horrible
Lost my business. Wanted to eat here every 3 days or so and give my them money for food instead of giving it to lazeez/sultans/mozys or the numerous other places out there that too provide student discounts. Had good experiences from the other workers there(the male ones, and 1 female who wasnt working there today(today is 25th january 7:30pm)) but this really has upset me and ruined my experience with osmows Shows that they dont care about training staff properly anymore as they lack communication skills and do not want to put in the effort. You do not need extensive training to put sauce on someones food properly and to give them what they paid for(pop/coke) Thank you for serving me inedible trash and a bucket of hot sauce on top of the trash, and taking my money without giving me my paid for item. I really appreciate the let down. Extremely grateful for the loathing customer service
P.S- people (workers) wont care for your business’ success unless they’re enthusiastic about it like u are, which clearly, your employee today did not show and care for. Putting out bad customer experiences Nd ruining their food and not giving them what they paid for will continue unless you find employees who are actually interested in making food and care for your business as you do. At the end of the day, its your profits and money that theyre eating away bc of their actions and you not taking steps to prevent it. None of my business, its your money theyre losing and youre the one who theyre really harming at the end of the day. I can just give my business elsewhere, but I am just one of hundreds of customers/profits your employee has lost and will lose you, when they put out service of this sort You can choose not to care and just let this happen. Your money your choice and your loss. I was just trying to tell you directly from a human to another human whos trying to make money for their...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE. Caution: Food poisoning
This place is a waste of food and money. I mean, it’s a waste of styrofoam (which is sad because really styrofoam is one of the least valuable and environmentally destructive products humans produce).
Went here because of the beyond meat option. The chain is well spoken of by meat eaters. Unfortunately, we (the people who ordered the vegetarian meal for two with beyond meat instead of falafel) can say with confidence that neither the meat nor the beyond meat tasted good.
Not only did they blame us for not being clear (really? We ordered a vegetarian combo?). They offered 50% the next time we ordered there (but they didn’t take down our names or offer anything we could use to actually prove that so...?) but don’t worry, we don’t need it.
It tasted nothing like Mediterranean, Greek, or Middle Eastern food. To be honest, it did not even taste like food to me ... Beyond meat option tasted like sand (and I love beyond meat!).
The food was ready extremely fast (and we did not clue in ...) The spicing was extremely heavy (oh look, another clue) and chunky? by that I mean all concentrated in one spot. There was more sauce topping than food (I know we should have clued in, but we were hungry).
Phil’s is next door. Drank too much? Here’s help throwing it all up.
Lucky, this building is a revolving door of restaurants and I am sure we need not wait more than a few weeks for the...
Read moreEdit: The owner of Osmow’s personally called me after my review and resolved the issue immediately. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to listen to my concerns and address them without delay. His communication was professional, respectful, and reassuring, which is exactly what I had expected from the start. Because of his prompt action, I have adjusted my star rating to reflect his effort and commitment to customer satisfaction.
If I can give zero stars I would! Customer service is the worst ever. The branch manager is literally the worst! I never had any issues with the other branch managers before and this is my first time ordering from this branch in particular. I ordered on the app to ask for half fries and half rice as the application did not have that option, and the lady asked the manager if it was possible and he said yes. She said she will make sure the person making the food will make it the way. Once I received the order, it was all messed up! Unbelievable, I called back to let them know she hangs up on my face at first, and i call again, the manager answers and he's not willing to give me a refund or make up for the two boxes. Never had anyone disrespect me this way before! Don't say okay to a customer and then literally after saying it do the opposite and then blame the customer for it. Literally the worst branch ever! Never ordering...
