Pita Factory — Restaurant in Waterloo

We had a very awful experience here tonight. My fiancé ordered a steak pita a side of rice and a side of potatoes. Also 3 extra toppings. It came to $35!!!! When we questioned the owner right away, he gave us five dollars back because he knows he overcharged. Then I asked for a receipt. He charged $5 for each rich and potatoes. If you look at the menu, rice is $4 and potatoes is $5. They are ripping people off!! Also my pita I asked for not toasted. It came toasted. He remade it, after using the romaine lettuce with wrap for my fiancés pita because it was white bread… when I asked for whole wheat 3 times!!!! And since he screwed up on mine, he gave my fiancé the Romain lettuce which he didn’t even want. We will never return to the establishment very dirty...

Very rude staff who appear to hate their job. I was served by Ali. I was with my friend trying to decide what to order. Ali tried to rush us in ordering, so he could take his break after he served us. After we ordered, I paid in cash. Ali short-changed me by $3.35. I brought this to Ali's attention, but he told us that what he had given back as change was correct. I didn't want to make a big deal, so I just let it go. After Ali served us our food, he told us to "get lost". I am definitely not going back to that establishment. Ali should be reprimanded or fired. Worst dining...

I've eaten at a few Pita Factorys and this is my favourite. The family that runs this location (Northfield & Weber) is so friendly and FAST. They do not skimp on any portion sizes and everything is extremely clean and the toppings and fillings are always fresh. Went in recently after Covid19 precautions were put in place and happy to see social distancing markers clearly set up, and frequent changing of single-use gloves. Feels super safe and comfortable to eat from this location and I would recommend...
