Edited review after a return visit: We came back for a second visit and tried the bingsu. It was very delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and fast with the service. The last time we visited it may have been an odd day so they had less staff for all of the customers. The mango bingsu had fresh mango chunks on top of condensed milk and shaved milk ice along with ice cream and cheesecake chunks. The flavours were perfectly balanced (not too sweet) and the portion in the small size was still surprisingly large for two! They were very knowledgeable about their allergens and gave us confidence even with our nut allergies. We had no issues and they separated the ice cream and cheesecake for us without hesitation. Overall, our experience this time was wonderful and we are looking forward to returning again soon! -- Original review: Came in to try out the location on a cold winter evening. The overall place seems very cute and approachable for anyone with a sweet tooth craving and the location is convenient in Uptown. However, with only one staff member they seemed a bit overwhelmed with orders especially with the deliveries they had. I only tried the taro croffle which was underwhelming as the taro icing was overly sweet and tasted very artificial. It may have just been the taro flavour they used but it definitely didn't make me want any more after two bites. I'll have to return to try the bingsu with fresh fruit sometime as that might be a better option.

I visited Snow Day Bingsu Cafe because of the high ratings, but my experience was a bit disappointing. The service was really slow even though there was only one customer ahead of us, making the wait quite boring. The decor is very basic and cold, with just tables and chairs it’s a bit better if you can get a seat by the window. The food looked delicious, but unfortunately, the taste didn’t match the appearance, the red bean bingsu didn’t live up to my expectations, and the iced mocha was watery and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the staff were friendly. Maybe it was just an off day

Snowday Bingsu on King Street is a nice spot with an ideal location. I had the small strawberry cup, which consists of yogurt ice cream topped with strawberries. It was a great decision, hitting the right balance of sweetness without being too sugary. The red velvet cake was good, though not particularly exceptional. The prices are quite fair compared to other places in the area. I'm eager to try more from their menu. However, the ambiance could use some enhancement, perhaps with a more distinct theme, as it feels rather plain at the moment. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit.

I was really excited to check this place out because it looks so darned adorable I was curious what a croffle would taste like and tried the tiramisu croffle I unfortunately don’t think I like croffles very much Tiramisu croffle tastes nice though but it got very mushy toward the end and just eat it with your hand. the utensils aren’t going to be much help I had a vanilla latte too! Vanilla latte tastes good though I feel it could have been better? Newly opened up place so there’s active work going into the place rn so talking about the atmosphere would be pretty useless I like the location because it’s a 10min walk away from Walmart and I had to pick up some groceries after I’d suggest check this place out because the prices are reasonable and you get to try new fun desserts so...

Stopped in tonight to try the croffles. My group got a tiramisu, strawberry, and black sesame.

Truly, ALL THREE were absolutely amazing! The croissant-waffle was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the flavoured cream on each one was PHENOMENAL. It’s so rare that you can try multiple flavours of anything from somewhere and EACH ONE knocks it out of the park.

The tiramisu had the perfect amount of creaminess with the espresso and cocoa flavour, the strawberry tasted like real strawberries blended into a light and flavourful foam, and the black sesame tasted SO fresh and truly like it was freshly roasted.

Everything was so good we didn’t even take any photos, but I can’t wait to try other...
