Last but certainly not least, the kathi rolls. These were another highlight of my meal. I went for the paneer kathi roll both tandoori and shahi paneer kathi rolls, and it was a flavor bomb wrapped in a soft, flaky paratha. The paneer was marinated to perfection, and the combination of spices and fresh vegetables inside created a truly satisfying and delicious experience. It was perfectly portable and packed with flavor – ideal for a quick and tasty meal. The balance of textures, from the slightly crispy paratha to the tender paneer and crunchy veggies, was spot on. It was difficult to choose one as both were scrumptious!!

A Hidden Gem in KWC area!

I recently visited Xpress Pizza in Waterloo, and I have to say – this place truly surprised me in the best way possible!

I came in expecting the usual pizza fare, but I ended up trying their Masala Dosa, and wow – it was incredible. Perfectly crisp on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and served with chutneys and Sambhar that tasted homemade.

But the real surprise? The Paneer Makhani Kathi Roll. It turned out to be one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. Creamy, tangy paneer wrapped in a soft roll – it was packed with flavor and totally satisfying. An “out of the blue” item that completely won me over.

And the cherry on top? Their Masala Dosa is only $5.99 on Wednesdays! That kind of quality for that price is just amazing.
