Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Welland

Beware of them taking their anger out on the food you ordered, due to THEIR MISTAKES!!!

I ordered from the Niagara Street Domino’s in Welland and had a frustrating experience. I ordered two medium pizzas with the mix-and-match deal. One pizza was correct (homemade pan), but the other—Brooklyn style with pepperoni, pineapple, chili flakes, and garlic seasoning—was completely wrong. It came with ham (which I never ordered), and there were no chili flakes or garlic seasoning.

When I called at 10:32 PM, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and argumentative, insisting my order was confirmed correctly, even though it wasn’t. They took my feedback as a personal insult. I agreed to return the incorrect pizza, but their snappy and disrespectful tone was uncalled for.

The delivery driver was fantastic—10/10 for being respectful and apologetic. However, when the replacement pizza arrived, it was still wrong. It wasn’t homemade pan, and it had an excessive amount of chili flakes, almost like it was done out of spite. When I called back, they rudely said they don’t make homemade pan pizzas and told me to “do whatever I wanted.”

I’m extremely disappointed with the staff’s attitude, but the driver deserves recognition for their professionalism.

Their anger should not be taken out on your food, I really cannot trust that they didn’t do something worse like spit in my food on top of what they’ve already done...

If I could give this Domino's chain restaurant a 0 star. I would absolutely do it. For starters, the night I ordered my pizza I instantly called them back to let them know that They're fetta cheese tasted off and it tasted like parmesan. I was then told that's the new feta cheese and and that they would send me out A new pizza because they don't do credits for the future or refunds. So I said no, it's okay not to worry about it. And then at 2am I was Violently ill !!! which was Confirmed by the hospital, it was food poisoning , I simply called the restaurant in the morning Spoke to the same manager that I spoke to the night before and said we don't do credit or refund I told you last night , at this point I did NOT want them to do anything but check their produce. Because they are going to make a lot of people sick... The worst customer service I have ever endured and I am in the customer service and serving industry. Absolutely appalled on the way that I was treated...and will never order from domino's again! I can barely stand the smell...

Forgot to leave a review until now. I have order here several of times and the last 5 orders I made 4 were completely wrong. From a pizza with BBQ sauce instead of tomatoe arriving with only BBQ sauce and no cheese and virtually no toppings to forgeting half my order, being told it will come right away to it arriving an hour later when the rest of my order is cold.

When I finally called about the poor service I was receving I was met with a manager that didn't seem to care and to qoute was told " What do you want me to do? Fire my staff?" I said no but quaility control would be nice. He only offered to comp my last order and even then only part of it. I told him I ordered more then just a pizza but said all he saw was a pizza. I confronted him on that lie as I could see what I last ordered from my account but he wouldn't budge.
