Terrible location, I went in to eat hoping to sit down but the majority of the seating are dirty or have spills or grease.
The chicken itself is overcooked and then soaked in oil, the food quality itself is sketchy and risky to consume as if left for a long time and refried. The breading doesnt cling to the chicken and it seems a lot of the meals are just made lazy.
I've worked in the food industry for over 13 years now and this only happens for two reasons. The workers are lazy and honestly for minimum wage and in a greasy place I get it, they dont want too put forth that effort. OR the management is lazy and lacking and dont properly set good examples. I have worked in fastfood places before and a good management to help the team and show how its done can make or break a location.
Go to popeyes instead, for the same price you can get better quality chicken and fries.

got the variety bucket. 2 peices are literally the size of a ketchup packet and the breading is barely staying on, and half of the meat is showing and dried out. The popcorn chicken is cold. My poutine again has chunks of solid gravy and wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. The Dr pepper syrup was empty and it was super watered down.

NO FOOD was delivered but my credit card was charged. I called customer service @ 10:30 who told me they would connect me to the (now closed) store. I told him I had already tried and that the store didn't answer because they were closed. He said sorry about that and I would get my money back in 1-5 business days. So no food and the privilege of paying for it for up to 5 days. He also said you're welcome at the end of the call even though I hadn't thanked him for anything. Talk about insult to injury.
