Terrible first experience not to mention a total rip off. $60 spent and so not worth it. Not only was the food just ok...we ordered chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce and live back in kelowna. Realised when we got home they forgot our sauce. When we called to ask them for a credit on the chicken balls because they are terrible and dry and of course need sauce. Both the staff and the manager were rude about it and refused to give us credit. They wanted us to wait 45 mins to eat our meal for them to deliver us sauce to kelowna rather than giving good customer service and just offering us a credit for next time. We explained how they should have dealt with this to offer good customer service and they just straight up refused. We then told them they were going to get boycotted and a bad review not to mention we would spread the word about this $60 worth of just ok food and bad customer service and they just really didn't care which mean they are too cheap to give a cheap about their customers....

The hostess/ waitress was very welcoming and committed to ensuring that we had a comfortable meal. We have a disabled daughter and required a special seating plan which they accommodated to before we even walked in the door (they saw us getting out of our vehicle in the parking lot and immediately set up our table). The menu is not the ordinary confusing Chinese menu with 1000 choices but instead they maily just have all of the popular Chinese food items available. This made it very easy to choose the meal for our group of 6 (4 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child). The cost of the meal was surprisingly low for the quality and the amount of food we received. I personally love how none of the 7 different items were tried were greasy or salty as many other places are. Although the outside of the building may not look like a 5 star restaurant, the atmosphere and overall meal experience inside is definitely worth 5 stars. Even the washrooms are...

I was told about this place by my newspaper rep. It is a tiny little shop and parking is hard so I usually get take out and park behind in the parking lot but I have ALWAYS had a good experience. Because it is so small my order doesnt always get done when they say because they have so much going on its hard to keep up but what service business doesnt experience that. After the first time I went, she remembers me, and always greets me with a huge smile and asks how I am. She is very friendly even when she is busy cooking in the back.The second time I went in was for my brothers birthday party and she made us a special dish for the occasion. I have had wrong things in my orders, but its just food, it got eatten. My only tiny dislike is the chicken balls are mostly batter.
