You know I have been going to this McDonalds for over 35 years, since it was in the mall and moved to its current location. I hate giving bad reviews, but enough is enough. The ORDERS are always wrong, either they did not remember the condiments to the food is old and just horrible. Tonight I was hoping that just once they would get it right. I had to come back and was going to come back and ask for my money back.. I would not even take a bite, the McChicken was so bad I could not eat it. Seriously I live 3 blocks away and I am now willing to get in my car and drive to the 149st 111ave location or kingsway to on the hopes of a better experience. At this point I only go this late at night when I have worked a double and am so lazy I just want somthing before bed.
I get that its McDonalds and my expectations are not high when going to dine there. But come on, its not hard! Its Burgers and fries guys!
The owners really need to take a look at whats going on here, are there no standards anymore? I used to look at McDonalds as a cheat day, or a treat to take the kids out to. Have birthday parties there. I wouldnt even take my Dog there to eat now. I think this will possibly be my last meal EVER at McDonalds.. There are so many better options, sadly they are farther away. But I would rather take the time to drive and eat in my car than go 2 blocks away and spend another dime.
If it does not change I hope you go out of business and hang your heads in shame as you should with the state of your resturaunt.
Edit: I was so desperatly hungry I took a bite. Yet another bad decision tonight. This is not food, my dog (eats everything) didnt even want it!! 0 stars for food, unedible...
Read moreI'm a regular there and everyday is different and the atmosphere is a roller-coaster there one minute its great nice and calm where you can do eat on peace and other times you can't even hear yourself think nevertheless tring to eat. Everyday I spend $20-$30 but I sit there for 2 hours or longer and sometimes I'm there twice ina day. Its my hide away from my personal life. I'll be on my laptop charging my cell phone/portables and laptop and sometimes ill bring my tablet.. well your able to sit at your table and have your devices charging and it makes it convenient to. Some people's phones/laptops need to be plugged in or it dies after 10 minutes or just doesn't turn on unless it is plugged in.. Well I'm guessing one of the owners/managers decided to take that luxury away from their customers who by the way sit and pay for a meal/coffee and yes there's a odd few that don't.. I find this a slap in the face and find it to be very rude 😒. There wasn't even a notice posted up stating what is being done. Its like they don't care about their customers. One day you charging a phone and next you can't find a plug to charge your phone. Well I know this is gonna be a ghost town in the dining room. I don't think I've seen any franchise for and company take away that helps to bring in customers like this restaurant has done. Like not a smart move but hey its their store. I won't be there as a regular much more I think. Like I said its a slap in the face and it's not just a face it's the customer's face. Very poorly decision...
Read moreMcDonald's: A Descent into Despair (and questionable hygiene) Stepping into this McDonald's felt less like a quick meal stop and more like an archaeological dig gone wrong. The floor had a mysterious, sticky sheen that suggested a long-lost battle between spilled fries and a mop that gave up decades ago. I'm pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed of forgotten napkins skitter across the dining area. My "Big Mac" arrived looking less like the advertised masterpiece and more like it had been through a car wash on a windy day. The lettuce was limp with the existential dread of its own existence, and the special sauce seemed to be playing hide-and-seek somewhere in the middle. The fries, usually a beacon of salty comfort, were somehow both soggy and stale – a truly baffling culinary paradox. I briefly considered using the restroom, but a quick glance at the overflowing trashcan and the general aura of foreboding convinced me otherwise. My stomach grumbled, not with hunger, but with a plea for mercy. I ate quickly, eyes darting around, half-expecting a health inspector to burst through the doors like a superhero. This McDonald's experience was less about satisfying a craving and more about surviving a gastronomic gauntlet. If you're looking for a meal that truly challenges your gag reflex, this is your spot. Zero stars, would not recommend unless you have a strong immune system and a...
