As someone who has a disability, I understand that movement isn't always easy and drive-thurs are easier to use but if you order $33.92, don't sit in the line-up. I ordered 2 coffees, hot coffee at that and waited in the line-up for 10 minutes. Tim Hortons has an app so that you can preorder and it is all ready for you at the location of your choice. Two vehicles behind me actually left the drive-thru without their orders because of waiting for so long. In my opinion, both the person placing the large order and the staff were at fault. The staff should have instructed the person waiting for the order to pull-up in a parking spot and the counter staff should have brought them the order. The piping hot coffee was lukewarm. I truly appreciate having a Tim Hortons in Porters Lake but the service a lot of the times is subpar. I did tweet @TimHortons about this incident but was never contacted back after I was informed they would look into this situation. I drank about half of it but decided I couldn't stomach it. I turned around and brought it back, to your location, about 20 minutes later. The shift manager stated since I only brought half of it back, she could not give me a new one. She said this was their policy. Really? I paid $4+ for an absolutely horrible product. I was so put off by this that I stopped into 159 Main St. Tim's drive thru and told them my experience I had at 646 Main St. Tim's and they apologized and made me a new one, at no charge, and it tasted great. Read more4 star as this place so has been the only one over the years that keep the coffee taste consistent, and have never messed up my order yet. Also give them props as they were able to serve coffee when the power went out as they were prepared for morning rush. UPDATE... Third day in a row trying to get a scan for my roll up. Every time a different excuse. Last one it must be scanned before it's paid for. I had my phone in hand with it open. If she knew this why was my phone not scanned? Regardless horrible service.
