Sent my son and niece to get me 2 roast beef cravables. He came home with 2 roast beef SANDWICHES. When I went back the Supervisor Rya started arguing with me even after the store Front employee stated " I heard roast beef and nothing else but on a bagel". So the employee didn't hear my son and put in whatever she wanted. When I told Rya the supervisor my son was Dyslexic and can't read very good (the reason his cousin was with him - to help read the text I sent him stating Roast beef cravable on s plain bagel). After I told Rya my son was Dyslexic he started laughing and saying "he's Dyslexic how did he read your text" and continued laughing. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and he SHOULD NOT be a supervisor. He fought with me and even had other employees step in to tell him just to correct it.

Also to note...HE DIDNT EVEN TAKE MY ORDER TO GET IT CORRECT THW SECOND TIME. HE JUST TOLD SOMEO E TO MAKE THEM...THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE

Was at this location about an hour ago (August 11, 2024 at 3:45pm). Placed an order through the drive thru for a farmers sausage wrap and two breakfast sandwiches. The order taker misunderstood and thought we wanted the breakfast sandwiches instead of the wrap so when we got to the window, we realized that they had missed the wrap and hadnt charged for it. We stated that we did in fact want the wrap and the lady on the sandwich station very rudely yelled that she would not be making it because we were not allowed to add to our order at the window. She then told the lady at the window that she needed to send us around again in the line. We stated that we were not going around again, that we had already ordered that, but it was missed and told her not to be rude. The lady at the window said that they are on a timer, thats why. The absolutely dispicable behaviour from the lady on the sandwich station left a bad taste in our mouths. The food was decent, our breakfast sandwiches were not toasted so ended up going back inside to have them toasted. Drinks were made good but that one lady's attitude was enough to warrant this...

I love our Tim Hortons. I never get a screwed up order here. With how badly our community treats fast food workers, I always try to bring my pleasant self when I show up. It’s always so busy and they are always so short staffed. I watched someone mistreat the workers again today while I was inside. Less than 10 minutes to get my order complete and there was only one girl working the cooked food counter for both front end and drive thru, I’d say that’s not a bad wait time considering there was 5 people ahead of me, and a line of cars wrapped around the building when I got there. I don’t understand how anyone can say their 5-10 minute wait time is way too much for this place under the circumstances these workers go thru for minimum wage. I love the friendly staff here they try to maintain that thru all the adversity. I tip them too, fast food workers are under appreciated and if you are angry about your wait time maybe make your own coffee or food at home. If you’re that upset you need to rethink your life man. Nothing but appreciation for this location and everything they deal with on a daily basis....
