Starbucks — Restaurant in Wetaskiwin

One of the things i loved about starbucks is that you can have creative freedom with your drinks and get to add what YOU would like with the drinks they offer. But this starbucks (albeit, only recently. keep in mind.) has workers telling you "we cant do that, thats not a drink" or telling you cant make a certain drink now. Like brother, I am adding a pump of strawberry foam to my pink drink or smth; an order I could find literally off tik tok or idk facebook for my older readers out there. Anyways this was mostly because my grandma went to this particular starbucks, because she likes their coffee (keep in mind, she goes here often and orders the same drink, usually no problems. shes an old business woman, take that as u will.) However this time, they were telling her that the order shes been ordering for months now, is "not how you order" at starbucks. She literally got that order from barista at a different starbucks in LEDUC. tf you mean "isnt how u order at starbucks". So obviously, she gets upset because she never had an issue before, they disrespect her at the drive-thru, and wow surprise she goes inside to argue like the girlboss she is. So thats got to say something about how absolutely lovely this place must be. ha. Also, her drink imo is pretty simple; four quad expresso with four raw sugar poured into a grande cup with hot water 3 quarters full (she usually also adds; fill to the mermaids tail with the water as better visualization or smth idk). Sure, we can argue who was in the wrong. But its the fact shes been ordering the same thing all the time and they randomly told her she cant no more. Not everyone will take it easily, girly wanted her caffeine cant blame her. additionally, I added the lemonade example earlier in reference to another incident I heard similar, but my grandma is more important and i can tell the story more accurately xoxo. +2 atmosphere bc i cant lie, its pretty...

I love this place and my favourite drink. But I’d like to kindly ask if you can please make sure the cold foam, and milks are good and stored well/proper dates… Because many times I came for online pick up, and my cold foam was curdling and smelled like cheese or sour milk. I usually don’t have time to come back. Please fix this, I still come here, but a handful of times I received cheese cold foam or cheese coconut milk. Was pretty nasty gotta admit. Other than that you people are awesome, and got wonderful...

Went in to get a couple of drinks (which were awesome, perfectly made and tasted delicious) and ended up losing a bluetooth earbud. The staff were all super amazing and helped me look for it, going so far as to check under furniture and taking my contact info in case they find it.
