FWIW I've only been to the Brooklin location. Others may be better. I've tried this place several times as my wife and I do like the food, and it would otherwise be our preferred fast food place in town, but I will not give them any more of my money. By "fast" food standards the wait times are enormous even if there are only a couple people ahead of you in line. Budget at least 5min per person in front of you assuming they are only ordering for themselves. Heaven help you if they are ordering for a whole family or more. Wait times get up to 20+ mins very quickly. On top of that, once you do finally get served they are often out of ingredients. Ordered a "Rice, Bean and Guac" bowl only to find out half way through they were out of Guac. No discount despite the fact that Guac is obviously a key ingredient and is a paid add-on for most menu items. This was at about 6pm so not late at night either. Other times they have been out of other items so not an isolated incident. Pretty lame. I want to like this place but I've run out of patience. I asked for a large shrimp burrito as I was mistaken due to one of their other staff members telling me last time that it was a large, and this lady insisted that the large burrito with extra shrimp was $21 when I usually pay $18.50 for it. Turns out what I get was a regular size tortilla, but instead of being deductive and breaking it down to me, she became defensive and started saying that âno the large is $21â. Once I figured it out for myself, she then made my burrito with such an unpleasant energy, her body language was not welcoming. I understand I may have made a mistake but itâs your duty to understand your menu and help your regular customer out and you can be a bit happier while serving people.
