A couple weeks ago, I received a raw pan pizza, as part of 3 pizzas I ordered from the store. When I called in, the shift supervisor explained that someone likely forgot to “push the pizza back” as they’re supposed to with pan pizzas. He offered to either remake and deliver the pizza that night or remake and deliver it on another night. I chose the latter. When I called in tonight, Bridget said I’d have to pay out of pocket for a portion of the delivery. I explained what happened and she told me she’s two levels above the shift manager, implying I guess she wouldn’t bother checking with him that what I’m saying is correct. She said there’s nothing she could do, I’d have to pay out of pocket for a portion of the delivery or not order tonight. She also brought up a supervisor on mat leave at home asleep with her baby at 8:45 pm who she wouldn’t bother, to which I explained I didn’t ask her to bother anymore so not sure why I’m leaving about supervisor at home with a new baby, I just was told I wouldn’t pay anything. She said there was no way for her to resolve this for at least a few days. I find it ridiculous that I’d be expected to pay anything for a pizza that I received that was raw. That’s simply expecting what I paid for to be delivered. I’m not getting anything for free, because I didn’t get the cooked pizza I already paid for and paid for it to be delivered last time. I was not impressed when it happened but the shift manager explained and I accepted the resolution and would continue to order here. Bridget today was different story. Read moreI always go to this location and haven’t had any issues till the other day I ordered a takeout XL cheese pizza and got home and the pizza was burnt and hard - this was during the 50% off all pizza promo. I called them up and the employee said that they will had credit to my account to use for the next time. I call them up today , and told them I had a credit on my account, and told him that I change my phone number , so I gave him my old phone number and he kept yelling at me saying I have no profile. I told him are you sure cause I have my receipt in my hand and on my email and I have proof of it. He starts yelling at me, saying he didn’t have any . After 5-10 minutes , he says he has credit on it after going back and forth and then says I can’t even use it on todays promotion and has to be on a regular price pizza. I mentioned this is not the first time I have done this. I have had credit before when they messed up my order couple of months ago and they let me use the credit they gave me on a pizza that had a coupon attached to it and I had no issue . I told him the employee never mentioned that couple of days ago. He began to raise his voice on the phone with me. He also said he was the manager but then proceeded to say let me ask the manager??? Had a few issues last week. One got my food and was missing half the order and manager could care less. Another situation is ordered a pizza and delivery driver came and banged on our window extremely hard rather then ringing the door bell. Called the store spoke to the manager said there’s nothing she can do about it that her drivers don’t do that
Find it hard to believe that a your a manager and you could care less about your customers complaints. The manager there doesn’t know how to deal with customers complaints or doesn’t care about them and hangs up the phone when they don’t want to talk to you
This won’t stop me from ordering food from this location as it’s the only location that delivers to my address. Other wise I would go to another location to pick my order up
