So as a foodie, I always try new places. I had never been to Guac even though I work in the area.
I was the only customer in the store.
Ordered 3 soft tacos, 1 Chicken, 1 steak, 1 Barbacoa.
What I got, 1 rice, 1 black bean, 1 chicken with pinto bean.
Yes the order missed the meat in 2 of the 3 tacos. Wasnt pleased since i only had 20 min left to eat before returning to work.
Simple order 1 of each, was asked if I wanted rice, beans or pinto beans and responded sure I'll take a little bit of 1 in each one, then added lettuce tomato jalapeno cheese and hot sauce, and on one got hot salsa.
Taste was good but the fact the order was wrong was a big disappointment.
Hot sauce has a zing to it. And not tobasco zing closer to a scotch bonnet/habanero cross which was nice.
Price was 17.34 for 3 soft tacos and a drink.
Not sure if I will go back since first...

I got there at 8:15 and picked up the 'Steak' burrito. I got home 3 mins later and took it out. Stone cold. Seems like it was made at 7:30 when I ordered it and sat for 45 minutes. OK, no biggie I'll just heat it up. I had a few bites and thought this is the crunchiest burrito I have ever had. Kinda odd. Had a bit more before I cut it open. The green pepper - crunchy - check. Onions Crunchy - check. Tomato crunchy - huh (under ripe). Mango in the mango salsa - crunchy, very unripe and some still had skin on it. Lastly, the STEAK...where was it? absolutely NONE to be found.
Here is another issue. For about $ 18 and change you get about half as much as Bar Burrito for $ 17 and change. Poor value and...

I ordered a soft taco trio. I decided to have the Chicken, Barbacoa and Carnitas meats. There were plenty of additional toppings to choose from and the meat was seasoned well. I was quite full off the three tacos. The fresh ingredients do shine through.
The nachos were so crisp and were sprinkled with fresh colorful toppings. The fiesta Potatoes are a loaded potato bowl which was saucy and flavorful. It might not photograph well but it tastes good.
The churros were a great finish and of course I dipped mine in the Caramel sauce. They were light fluffy and crispy all in one. Perfection.
My friends tried the enchiladas, burrito bowls and quesadilla with positive experiences.
Next time I visit, I'm ordering...
