This place is amazing. The most delicious food and hands down some of the most incredible service I have ever received to the point that they make you feel like family. I booked an early high tea this past Sunday for myself and 3 others. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they provided exceptional service and care. One of the women in our party had a severe sesame allergy. They went above and beyond to the point of showing us labels and calling manufacturers to ensure that our friend could eat practically every single item served. This is very rare for a business to go to this level to be accommodating, we were blown away and couldn’t appreciate it more. Our friend was able to safely enjoy a vast majority of the sandwiches, pastries and other delicious treats. It was a great amount of food for the price too. This place has disappointed me, I was not able to visit it and I have no desire to ever go, due to majeure health issue today, February 2, I was not able to attend the High Tea with my friends, because yesterday my husband tested positive for Covid and obviously for respect I was not going to go out, I gave the deposit of $27 dollars and they charged my friends my remaining part of $27 dollars, giving them some mini boxes with the food that I played, I never had the experience of Hight Tea, or the place, or being with my friends, the situation was out of my hands, I didn't go for the reason mentioned, I think we lack a little more sensitivity in this world, they ignored the cause of the not being able to attend, but they did not miss the opportunity to charge the rest of $27 dollars, in total I pay $54 dollars for a service that...

Another gem we discovered in Whitby. One of the best coffee shops I have ever tried. We went for the high tea experience, and everything that was served was so good. There were 5 varieties of sandwiches: ham, tuna, chicken, egg, and cucumber. The scones were delicious, and was perfect with the clotted cream and jam. There were fresh fruits and macarons. We were so full we could not even finish the cheesecakes!

To top it all off, the owners were personally attending to our needs, and having a chat with their customers. I guarantee that you will feel at home here the minute you enter the place, greeted with warmth by the people running it. A nice, quaint place to be with friends, or just to relax while having a sip of your favourite coffee or tea.
