Read moreFloor manager Conner peeled off bacon from muffin and wanted to give back the same Mcmuffin, he needs more training...I went to this location today around 10:40am through the drive tru, I had somewhat of a big order. We were asked to be in spot 1. Our order was wrong as we asked for no bacon on one muffin as my 4 yr old daughter does not eat bacon. First server had to go back because all our drinks were missed and the second went back to get a new mc muffin with no bacon. We decided it might quicker if we went inside to collect the food. While standing there, the Manger Conner told the server just peel off the bacon from "inital mc muffin" and it was being given back to us. Luckily we were inside to see what happen, my fiance told the guy no way he's taking the food that its not right what they did. The server was genuinely sorry and apologize. Because Conner the manager told him to peel off the bacon and give it back - as directed (we saw with our own eyes the manager was telling the server to do so). I was furious when I heard what happened as I was in the car and I called right away to inquire who was the Manger so I can report to the owner. Most times no one cares to hear the complaint and nothing really gets done, but the thought of peeling of the bacon and giving back the same sandwich which I would have given my daughter could have been a serious situation (what if she was allergic to becon). Conner needs more training on leading a team because as managers, you are not there to jut provide direction, but to also lead by example and coach your team. Clearly he needs help in growing if he doesn't realize what he did was so unacceptable. I will never go back to this because management can't seem to be trusted...

Fast and Quick service. Had a friendly interaction with the first window employee but when I drove up to the second window. She opened the window I greeted her and I got nothing back. Not even a smile. She handed my drink and mcflurry and a few seconds later appeared with my food bag, and then she mumbles something to me. I have a habit of checking if I got a straw and I'm glad I checked because there was no straw provided. I stayed at the window until I got her attention. She opens the window and I let her know I need a straw. She quickly grabs a straw and she before she hands it to me she said "it should be in the bag" I was taken back of of how rude her tone was because she handed me the straw claimed she put a straw in there and she closed her window before I can say or show her. I didnt know it was such a hassle to give me a straw for a drink I purchased. I know customers aren't always right but this time I checked before i took a straw from her. I don't like bothering the employee if I don't have to.
This location definitely lost a customer today. 1 star for the first window employee I would have given another star for the freshness of the food but that all cancelled out when I unwrapped my wrap and it all spilled out. (Picture as evidence)
I've attached a picture of the horrible wrapping job it all fell apart. My 3 year old can wrap better than this.
Giving a simple smile or even saying hello can make a world of a difference... You can actually lift someone else's spirits! What a...
