I am an Area Manager of 5 restaurants. I loooove the freshness of these pitas. I almost was going to give a 4 star though. Only because I felt SOOOOO rushed. Like- the cashier was a supervisor for sure. Directing staff- very politely. I was there today around 2:30 ( June 28th). She seems like a very good leader.
But-- it seems she was so focused on the store and the food getting done that she was rushing our order. After we ordered our 2 pitas she quickly told us the total. I was like whoa and shocked like I also want a drink??. She should definitely ask if we want a combo or " anything else" before shouting the total impatiently. The job is making food and preparing ingredients as well as giving good, patient customer service. Especially as a supervisor and a role model directing staff around. Upsell, make customers feel welcome. I asked for cookies as my side. She quickly grabbed a bag and I turned around after getting my drink and she had 2 cookies in the bag and was waiting for me to grab them. I didn't even tell her which ones I wanted. Again- another rushed signal. Smart though- you had 3 chocolate chip ones ready and 15 of the ones she gave me. She was trying to get rid of the store inventory but again ignorant to the customer service at hand. You need to find a balance. Customer service and smart business decisions. You should ask and encourage the smarties cookies. Not just force them.
I would like to see more focus on myself and not her operational interests when I visit next time...

One day, I opened up UberEats and this restaurant was trending. It seems lots of people were ordering takeout/delivery in my neighborhood and hence this kept popping up in my account as free delivery (due to ride share with UberEats feature). I kept seeing this for multiple days and that prompted me to try out this place. This place really surprised me, first off never seen so many chicken options all at one place - be it chicken shawarma, Buffalo chicken, souvlaki or a bunch more. We love all and we’re totally confused as to what should we try. So we went with chicken shawarma bowl for my husband and buffalo chicken in wrap. To top it off, wohh! You have bunch of options to select the veggie toppings, sauces, seasonings and cheese. Good thing is you could select up to 18 toppings, 14 sauces, 6 seasoning and 1 cheese. Never seen such tremendous amount of toppings elsewhere, very competitive in terms of options and price. Tasted really nice, however one thing I did not anticipate it that way. It was all cold, I thought the wrap might be hot or toasted, maybe chicken would be warm only salad toppings might be cold, but I probably didn’t anticipate that. Read moreWhat a disappointment. I arrived after placing a pick up order online that the staff didn’t have prepared and then said didn’t go through their system. I had a sleeping baby in my arms and they forced me to go back to my vehicle to bring my phone in to show proof of payment, refused to start making the pita while I went to the vehicle. After showing them the receipt they prepared my pita and tried to give it to me with only one serving of meat when I had paid for double. I then had to present the receipt again and the worker informed me that she didn’t see double meat in the receipt, I had to ask her to look again as it definitely said extra meat. She then proceeded to ask the other employee to put more meat on the grill, with no acknowledgment of her missing it. I only requested one topping on the pita and they had barely put any and seemed annoyed when I asked for a bit more.
They handed me my pita and at no point apologized for or even acknowledged the inconvenience and came across as rude and frustrated with my presence. The customer service was awful and I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this location on several occasions who has always been an absolute delight and eagerly greeted each customer as they walked through the door.
