Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Whitby

I went to the Dundas location in Whitby on Dec 2nd, 2015 at about 9:30pm and I was disgusted when I got home to find out what my "salad" looked like. Before mixing the dressing in with the lettuce, I started picking out the most disgusting pieces of what should be called "lettuce" but it was GARBAGE. Some pieces were welting, others were white colour from the stem of the leaves and redish orangish colour around the edges and on the stems. 90% of this "ceasar salad" was complete garbage. Usually Pizza Hut's caesar salads come with a lemon wedge and this one did not. It didn't come with any shredded cheese and the "lettuce" was not even something I would feed a rabbit, nevermind myself or any humanbeing. For the price of the salad I would have expected a full container of FRESH green lettuce with all of the toppings that go with a ceasar salad, including the shredded cheese and the lemon wedge. All that was added was bacon, croutons and the dressing on the side. The salad was tossed into the garbage after about 10 minutes of me picking the DISGUSTING (what looked like) 2 week old lettuce that had been sitting out to rot. Once I picked through it all, I had about 6 pieces of lettuce left in the container. It was beyond disgusting! I'm not very picky usually and I don't usually complain about things but this was over the top. I took pictures of the "salad" I purchased and was served to send to the head office in an email. Please check your food before you leave because you could be incredibly disappointed when you get home. I wish I could include a picture here so you all could see how much was ROTTEN! I have ordered here many times before and it was awesome, but tonight not so much. Decided to have Pizza Hut (since I haven't had it in a while) and I got a stuffed crust, boneless wings and pop. The pop was good. That was it. The stuffed crust was bad. Rated red pepper was burnt red pepper. The crust under the pizza was so thin that it broke apart and worst of all the stuffed crust rated literally like oil and slight hint of cheese. I couldn't eat more than a bite. Now on to the boneless wings. I've always loved them! Except this time. tasted like oil. uncooked (some were, had to put them in the microwave) oil pieces of nasty. And lastly the pop. It was good. I probably won't go back now, I'm turned off completely. My order was extremely early. I wish they would have taken 5 minutes more and made it edible. Wont be going back. My family and I don’t order “take-out” very much (because it’s just not affordable) but because I was unwell and having to feed my husband and three adult sons I decided to order. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and a medium pizza with mild sausage, green olives, red onions and mushrooms.

The delivery person was extremely lovely, with a lovely attitude. But when I got the pizzas inside, I noticed that they were both mediums 😔. I tried to call the store but after over 15 mins and no response I gave up and tried to inquire thru “Pizza Hut Canada”, but that became yet another “run around”.
