I am very disappointed with their customer service. We ordered furniture for our new house at the beginning of November and they gave us a delivery date of Thursday, November 26th, but no time window. I took the day off as I didn't know when we were expecting to receive our furniture. Around 1PM on the 26th I decided to call the store and check when we were scheduled to receive our furniture. A very curt man picked up the phone and when I asked what time my delivery was he responded with "What town?" I told him which city it was going to and he responded with "all deliveries there are 3-6PM." I said thanks and waited until 5:45PM and still no call or delivery. I called a second time and asked if I should still be expecting my furniture as I had been waiting in an empty house since 10AM. This time someone different had picked up the phone. She actually asked for my invoice number this time, a step ahead of the last gentleman, and said "Because of Black Friday all our deliveries are running late, yours will be from 7-9PM." I had two problems with this, first: Black Friday was the next day, so any orders made on that day wouldn't have any effect on Thursday and second: she did not seem surprised at all that my delivery was late, it seemed like this was expected and no one had bothered to inform me. After this phone call I waited until 8:45PM, and still no furniture. I called again and just as I was calling we finally received a call from the delivery driver. We finally received our furniture between 9:15-30PM. I went in to the store recently to speak to someone about this matter. After speaking to me for about 2 minutes they said "there is nothing we can do, deliveries go until 9PM." I received no compensation and not even an apology, just excuses. They said "well maybe next you buy something from us we might be able to something." Long story short: I took an unpaid day off of work to wait in an empty house for 11 hours because of a lack of any kind of care for their customers. After the service I received I obviously will not be going back and I hope this long-winded review serves as a warning to anyone else looking to shop here. Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a couch from here around July 2014 for aprox $1200. The comfort of the couch was fair for the first few years. Note: I weigh 180 lbs and my spouse is 120 lbs. We had not mis-treated the couch in anyway nor had and children jumping on it.
After a few years, the couch began squeaking so loudly that our new born would wake up every time we sat down. Knowing that the couch was out of any type of warrantee, in August 2017 I contacted the store on three different occasions to inquire about hiring them to resolve the problem. They told me that I would need the original receipt to track down the order, which mind you was a 4āx2ā note pad size yellow piece of carbon paper. I didnāt have the āreceiptā so they told me to email them a picture of the couch. Iāve contact them a few times after emailing them a picture only to me told things like āyour service rep is on vacation, you were speaking to him so heāll have to handle itā or āHeās not here today, try back tomorrowā.
At this point, Iām sure Iām getting the run around and donāt have time chasing anyone around.
So in my opinion.
A.The furniture isnāt cheap or extremely expensive, so you feel youāre getting good value butā¦
B.The build quality is not worth the āvalueā you think youāre getting as the construction is subpar.
C.The customer service you receive is terrible so if you encounter any issues after your purchase is made, the store has no respect for your hard earned money.

The one complaint I have is that the matching throw pillows, which were on my invoice as included, didn't come with my couch set. I asked at the time I ordered the set whether I could just get coordinating pillows, but was told no, they only come in the same material as the couch. I emailed the store 2 times after the set was delivered and went in person once to ask when the back-ordered pillows would arrive. Six months later, I emailed again and got a call the next day advising they were in the store. I went to pick them up and they were not the same fabric at all, but a very specific themed pillow (British Flags and symbols) that had some grey lettering in them. I hate them, and told him so. I was told that this is what the manufacturer considers "matching" (the grey lettering matches the colour of the couch) and that is what they sent. Well they weren't packaged (just loose in a green garbage bag), and this contradics what I was told in the first place. I strongly believe these were just some random pillows from the store that they weren't able to sell, maybe because they are very specific in theme, so gave them to me and told me they were the intended throw pillow that goes with the couch. Why not just tell me they weren't able to get them? But to lie to my face like I'm stupid, then to just grin and shrug when I told them I didn't like them is just insulting.
