Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Whitby

This is the BEST Mr Sub place I have been to in my area . I have been in other places where the bread is dry and not fresh but here they make the bread fresh every day . The staff is kind and super friendly always making you feel welcome. Also one of the things that drew me to this location, is that they are open 1 hr earlier than all the Mr. Sub restaurants between Oshawa and Whitby . I am a working mother who is very busy trying to juggle multiple things at home, so being able to grab my son a lunch and drop it off early in the morning before work is KEY for me . Before the pandemic you could easily find a Mr Sub open at some places at 6 am in the morning .. now the earliest I have seen is at 9 am at this location . So this makes it very convenient for me . This place is also very very clean .. so whoever says they are NOT .. is clearly lying .. I have nener encountered an issue here and I applaud the staff and owners for their hard work in keeping things going during one of the most difficult times in human history .. so that should tell you a lot about them. Ordered some subs for delivery for my order and it was nothing but a bun a lot of maynaise with lettuce. Called and complained and the ignorant girl told me she had all the toppings on before it left was very rude and didn't do anything about it. So I'm confused on a few things here. 1 why your arguing with me I'm a customer does customer satisfaction not ideal in your store? 2 , if som body tells you their illergic to ONIONS and you put a ONION on my sub and I call saying ''i ordered this sub asked for no contact with onions due to allergies" th n out a onion on it your just a horrible person and you should be fired if you a owner is hope you would lose service. And last but not least if the toppings were on my sub when you made it HOW just HOW do i end up with maynaise and lettuce on a bun with 1 Onion when I'm allergic.

WOW! What. An. Establishment! The facility is super clean, the tomatoes are with the tomatoes and not the lettuce. The green peppers are with the green peppers and not with the olives. The toppings are fresh, the bread is fresh and the assorted sub overall was a fantastic quality.

What impressed me the most was the customer service. Wow! From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, you are made to feel like part of the family.

It is totally worth the drive to Dundas Street in Whitby. I have long enjoyed Mr. Sub as my submarine choice and this location just makes the "Mr. Sub" experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for being awesome and kind!
