I went to the pizza nova in Dundas Whitby and ordered a medium pizza with cheese pineapple and green peppers. They delivered my pizza and the pizza I received was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I looked at the pizza and some were flipped over, toppings weren’t on the pizza properly and it looked like they dropped it 3 TIMES I called the pizza nova customer service and they were VERY DISRESPECTFUL When they spoke to me he put me on hold and then hung up I called him back DEMANDING my money back and a new pizza he said he can give me credit but not a new pizza so I compared them to pizza pizza and hung up after saying just give me my pizza I’m hungry and it took over an hour just to get me a new pizza and come back. the driver gave me so much attitude and told me he didn’t drop it but he clearly did. When I got my new pizza it looked decent but when I bit into it it was burnt the crust was as hard as a brick and the tomato sauce was chunky and there were random pieces of onion when I did not order it.

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! Never in the history of lasagna has it ever been WITHOUT cheese but today it did. It was literally squares of soggy pasta & a crazy overload of tomato “sauce/paste” WITH ZERO CHEESE. This location did absolute nothing to make this a good meal other than heat it up & deliver it!. I have never see a lasagna with no cheese on it. My boyfriend and I had to make it into something when we got to our home. Had to grate our own cheese and everything. What a terrible experience. These people are beyond lazy and had the audacity to cover the “lasagna” with a mountain of tomato sauce in hopes we wouldn’t notice. Complete...

How hard is it to cook a pizza? I asked for lightly done and I pay the pizza nova premium pricing for this garbage. This isn't the first time. I decided to order delivery because I did not feel like driving to the good pizza nova and it's cold. I decided to give them another chance, another failure.
And I ordered lightly done; burnt, doughly, no sauce. As I bite into this I'm getting more and more angry, and I paid for extra cheese.
