A few months ago I would have given 5 stars for the panzos. Excellent job.
Now however I give a 1. The first issue was a couple months ago. Ordered the lasagna and garlic knots among other things. The pasta had next to no sauce, it was like eating plain noodles, and the bread was burnt beyond being edible. Called to make a complaint and was told I would be given $3 credit. Ordered since then and now with no issues, and no credit was ever given to me.
Todays order now was 2 pizzas and wings. One pizza was ordered with some veggies and extra cheese. 1/4 of a green pepper on 1 slice isnt exactly appetising, and there was hardly any cheese at all on that pizza. Second pizza I cant really complain about, but the sauce ordered with the wings was a creamy garlic on the side.....didnt realize they changed the receipe to make it so sour..or maybe that was because its expired. The only positive about this order was that because of the delay (almost an hour and a half for delivery) I was told by customer service to pay $5 when the order was delivered.
Either way I will NEVER recommend this location of pizzaville. I will also never order fron this location again. I am so...
Read moreBrutal experience twice in a row. I thought I would give it a second chance. Did the exact same thing again.
First time, got pizza with the wrong toppings. I don't eat bacon. Asked them to make sure it had no bacon. Pretty simple. Came with bacon. Called customer service and they offered a credit. Went out for dinner instead.
Second time a couple of weeks later we called and ordered the same thing. Made it very clear "NO BACON!" Said I would send it back if it had bacon. They didn't offer me the so called "credit" from the last time but I wasn't going to be petty. When the driver arrived I tipped him $10. Pretty fair I thought. Guess who's pizza had Bacon on it again. When I called into customer support David told me they would refund my money for the pizza if I returned the pizza but was unable to refund my tip.
Keep the money! (From both orders) you should use it to invest in better processes so your employees can identify the difference between various toppings.
On a side note, what kind of business owner leaves his business unattended without even appointing a manager? Its no wonder this company is making pizza that ends up...
Read moreConsistently the best pizza in North Whitby IMO. Since several of the original staff have returned to this location (shout out to Michael), the quality has vastly improved, and this particular Pizzaville is my “go to” location when I’m craving a pie. Why? The food is excellent, and always done well. Voted “Best Crust” and “Best Sauce” by ME 3yrs in a row!! 😁 Quality toppings - not too little, or too much - just right. Pepperoni and cheese aren’t greasy, and the veggies never soggy. It’s pizza perfection for under $20. Staff are friendly and often greet regular customers by name. That’s a nice personal touch, but also evidence that they’re experiencing a lot of repeat customers based on their consistency. I’m always greeted with a smile. And then there are the Pizzaville perks. it doesn’t take long to be rewarded with a free pizza if you’re ordering online from your account, and $25 gets you a couple of free drinks which sweetens the deal. You put it all together and this location is tough to beat. Give them a shot and you will...
