I stopped by for a late dinner and had my service dog with me. He had just come out of surgery, so he was a bit out of it and wasn’t wearing his vest. I carried him inside with me because I couldn’t leave him alone in the car. While I was ordering, the woman behind the counter asked if he was a service dog. I explained the situation, but she was extremely rude and continued to stare and give me dirty looks while making my order.
Even though I was polite and said “please” with every request, she rolled her eyes and put the smallest portions on my sub. When I asked for extra sauce, she gave me one small line and dropped the bottle back in its place. I asked again, just as politely, and she repeated the same thing. She was dismissive, disrespectful, and spoke to her coworker in another language while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
This level of treatment is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location if this is how staff treat customers. For reference, this occurred last night, Thursday, September 25th, between 9–10 PM, and I’m not sure her name but it was the woman who was working the counter...

Update : We were refunded , which I appreciate, Thank you. Takeaway should be don’t ask someone to leave their home to come back to the store to be told there is nothing that can be done until after the weekend. That wasn’t not appreciated.
So we just went to Subway for dinner and ordered 3 subs for my wife daughter and myself. My daughter got the 12” meatball. We get home and start to eat and my daughter’s 3rd bite, she pulls out a hard chunk of bone a bit smaller than a quarter. We call the store and they say to bring it in. So my wife and daughter stop eating, get in the car and go back to Subway. The lady looks at it and says oh, we will make you another Sub. My wife says no thanks, kinda lost our appetite, a refund should be issued for the sub. Oh no, we can’t issue a refund. So my wife asks to speak to the manager and is told it’s the long weekend, he won’t be in until Tuesday. So drove there twice and now have to go back a third time. Amazing Customer Service 🙄.
