The food here is absolutely amazing and i have no complaints about the food. The only reason Iâm giving this place a 2/5 is cause the waitresses there are very rude. We go there all the time to get the special but instead of the coke they always substitute it to the chilli onion fries. They do this because all the other wow wing house locations has the special where it is half chilli onion fries and a pound of wings... so they always do this for us. This time she refused well both of the waitress did. Funny part is that the other waitress was the one how gave us the deal last time. They then went to ask the cook apparently he makes the decisions. The cook said it was fine for them to do that. Food came and everything was fine. We didnât even get the bill we had to go to the front to get it. There we looked at the bill and they charged us extra 1.35 for âextra sauceâ i then asked her what extra sauce. She was like the other lady made me put that on your bill to substitute for the chilli onion fries.... fact that she would do such a thing is jus not right. I didnât want to make a big deal but this is not right. Fact that we even tipped them was a big mistake. If you ever go to this place make sure you look at your bills before paying. They will tell you one thing but charge you something else. I really wish there was someone i could complain to on the company website but couldnât find anything there. I really hope this review gets sent to head office to make sure it doesnât happen again. The waitresses are not trained properly and they do whatever they wish.. i will not be returning back to this location again especially when I am...
Read moreIn short: 8 people, Arrived 2 1/2 hours before all you can eat wings ended, waited 2 hours of it, only got to have 2 rounds (20 wings), and paid more than $20 per person.
Went 2 weeks in a row for all you can eat wings with friends. Unfortunately the first time we were there early but still had to wait over an hour after for our first round of wings. They were very good and definitely worth the price, however, the second time was not as pleasant. I invited 4 other friends to join this time, knowing the wings were good especially for the price, I thought the time wouldn't overly matter with us having a lot of conversation. The time it took absolutely impacted the experience in a huge way. It took approximately 15 minutes of us (a group of 8) to be approached by any server and our table was messy from the last group before us. The server cleaned up and didn't return for another 10 minutes. Finally we placed our orders, each getting our first round of wings, and we were getting very hungry by this point. We talked, laughed, got bored, got hungrier, then realized; we had been waiting over an hour for our first round of wings. It felt unbelievable. Finally our wings come, they are good, and we wait again. It takes a server a good 15 minutes after we had all finished our round to come over, and only after we had asked them to come over. We ordered our second round and we are told it is our last. Hello? We were here 2 1/2 hours before you were supposed to finish AYCE. We waited almost 2 hours for only 20 wings. A really, really bad...
Read moreIt takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but man...
We ordered a family pack of 50 wings off their website and 4 specialty fries.
Now when I got home there was only 45 wings. So I called in.
I was told the following things.
When the manager came on the phone, I explained what happened and was told that no, I was wrong and that there was 50 wings. I offered to send them a picture right away before we started eating and reiterated that I didn't want a full refund, just a refund on the 5 wings as driving back wasn't feasible, nor was just a sorry.
I was told they couldn't refund me but rather NEXT TIME I go, to bring photographs to prove we were short. I don't think asking to be comped the excess money I spent for no reason to be unreasonable, I was not looking for a free meal or some elaborate amount.
Needless to say there will NOT be a next...
