One star for the workers who are always friendly and helpful. However, as someone who had applied to work at this store a month ago, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated by the manager. After expressing lots of interest in the job by coming in multiple times with my resume, I had finally received a call back for an interview. The manager showed up half an hour late even after pushing the interview back an hour. She did not apologize for coming late before interviewing me. I did not even receive a followup call about if I got the job or not, and when I called back a few days after my interview nobody picked up my call. This lack of basic communication and courtesy shows a complete disregard for people’s time and effort. The stuff are very rude and they use a common tray to handle ice cream cones to the customer pretty much everybody touches that tray and transfer germs including the stuff. I asked not to put my order on that tray and instead put it in a disposable tray and she gave me attitude and told me that they don't carry thoes tray. I mean how an ice cream store don't have trays to give out? And this is not my first time asking for tray other locations offer disposable trays. Are they expecting the whole family to come to the store and make that place crowded just to pick up an ice cream?! Absolutely angry with the service and staff at this location. Have never experienced this in my life. Walked in around 8:45 to pick up some ice cream. I was still deciding on flavours and I was going to order two fresh pack and one prepacked ice cream tubs. I ask one of the staff there to help me with my order and she said in a really mean voice “we are closed, we are only selling prepacked ice cream,our machine is down we can’t serve ice cream”. Then she said so now what do you want you need to hurry we are closing in 2 mins if you wanted ice-cream you should’ve came in 1 hour earlier,it was only 8:50 and they close at 9.
