I went through the drive thru at Tim Hortons after using mobile app to buy chili . They had none by the time I got to the counter . They said I have to go through app they can’t give me my money back . I said I come here everyday . They said well don’t come back . I then went in Facebook to complain . All Tim Hortons on Facebook says is they can give me coupons or decide to refund . This is totally ridiculous . All I was offered from the store was to come back and get the chilli later .The store never offered this until I complained . They were not offering me anything . We were literally the only customers in drive thru, and I ordered a steeped tea with 1 sugar… which I verified they entered correctly on the screen. Then, they somehow messed even that up and gave me 3 sugars. Once they gave us coffee instead of tea.. and once they gave me someones uber order??? Every time I go, something goes wrong… its not even worth asking them to remake it because the wait time is so long.
I’m honestly so disappointed because this is the closest location to me, but at this point the McCafe down the street does a much better job.
